In my organization, we use SAP SuccessFactors for managing shift schedule, leaves and attendance checking of my reportees. also to manage their profile and payroll. we use it for performance management purpose also. we use it for goal and KRA management to set goals and also to manage and update completion of goals by employees which can help to evaluate their performance.

Anyone who want one stop solution for Employee management, Leave management, Payroll management and Goal setting and performance management with a reputed and renowned brand like SAP can blinfdy go ahead with SAP SuccessFactors. one one thing i felt missing is they should add provision to see leave applied by employees during the calendar period so it can help to managers.

  • replication to S/4 can be a struggle, but that is likely due to our partner...and how they set it up
  • Org Chart management should sync across the position org chart automatically instead of having to make changes in multiple places
Recruiting is great, onboarding 2.0 has been a bit of a struggle but I again believe it may be how our partners set it up.

Immediate terminations often leave the termianted EE sitting as active due to workflows, but that is kind of the way things will be when the termination has to be actioned faster

As an analyst, I use SAP to retrieve the data from the database and clean it. Then use the cleaned data to make dashboards to give insights to the CXOs interms of developing a new strategy development. It can be both process related or product/service related. Which is on long term aswell as short term.

Even though SAP is not necessarily meant to make dashboard, adding it would be more beneficial. As we can analyse the data and make dashboards in one place.

SAP SuccessFactors is our HR source system. I work on the IT side supporting the business through all things SuccessFactors. I handle the PMGM process, Recruiting, Compensation Process, day to day Integrations, and also supporting Reporting and Analytics. It has been a learning journey and a beautiful one. We have come so far in our SuccessFactors journey with only further to go. Limitations exist, as with every system, but so far, we’ve been able to accommodate the business need and grow.

SAP SuccessFactors was the solve for all our problems, now we have Colombia and late this year we will have United States. All ours process where redefinited and now are a almost perfects.

SAP SuccessFactors is the main system for the organization's data and employees' information, these are some of the solutions that we've been able to develop thanks to having SAP SuccessFactors as our core system: - Reporting - Standardizing data along the different systems we use in the bank - Identify opportunities for human talent management - Add as many modules and solutions as we need thanks to the wide variety of integration options like Qualtrics

The way SAP SuccessFactors is configured by modules, gives free will for the Bank to acquire the ones that fit its needs and leaves the option open to acquire new modules in the future. We are currently using EC and as a new addition to our HR processes recruiting and onboarding. We are in the process of stabilization now; the whole HR team is leveling up the learning curve now, as well as addressing multiple issues that come up due to the novelty of the system, finishing up adapting SuccessFactors to the company necessities and the company adapting to the system capabilities. The module that has brought up the most difficulties is onboarding. We have to keep working under our support consultants guidance for making it work correctly, this has been the most challenging module.

I think SAP SuccessFactors is well suited for launching global tasks as compensation bonuses, performance reviews, etc, and as a plus it is much more intuitive than other systems. Scenarios where is less appropriate, I cannot think of a specific scenario, but I can say as a comment that as downside to SuccessFactors I find many things that are not well designed or at least, not "just yet there", like, for instance, position management, I find a huge opportunity for improvement.

  • A clearer understanding of RBP's as it relates to different needs when reporting, example - how layering RBP's can slow down dashboard loads with story reports.

Start with the introduction of my current company it is one of the best beverage companies in Pakistan. We have different offices and workforce across Pakistan and our company values our employees and wants to engage in their company mission. So we select the best product (SAP SuccessFactors for our valuable employees. We trust SAP SuccessFactors to address all self-service needs which we are looking. We are currently working on employee central, PMGM and recruiting. SAP SuccessFactors portal is the employee-centric platform where our company employees manage their leaves, personal data, benefits, and performance appraisal and also publish internal job postings through SAP SuccessFactors. So, through SAP SuccessFactors, employees just open the system and manage all self-service needs across Pakistan. At least, but not last. We also manage remote area workforce through our online SAP SuccessFactors system. So SAP SuccessFactors is on SAAS system. We ensure this safe and hassle-free system. Employee can take tier ebenefits and enroll in the new benefits policy according to their grades.

We at our company has different sales target in each region of Pakistan and our sales staff set the goals by the start of the fiscal year, and management also cascade their goals. So end of the year, we ensure the performance of each employee through SAP SuccessFactors.

We use SAP SF for daily human resource activities. We recruit onboard and hire candidates through SAP. Being a construction company we have a lot of hires and terminations on a daily basis and implementing SAP SF has made this process so easy. The seemless integration between recruiting, onboarding and Employee CEntral helps with the recruiter experience and candidates experience and saves a lot of time in getting them into the payroll system

We are looking to provide a 1 stop shop for all things HR while providing efficient and effective processes for HR and the broader GLC team. Transparency and availability of our employee's data to the employees is also desired. Making self-service a reality for not only our managers but also each individual contributor.

Have utilized SAP SuccessFactors at my company for nearly 10 years now and it is an excellent product. Allows us to easily manage our thousands of employees and all their data, as well as expedite the recruiting, onboarding, and hiring processes. Our company is still working to move all of our services to SAP and still utilize outside programs for learning and payroll, but are headed toward the integrated EC payroll for ease.

Excellent service for employee tracking and movement within the company - is difficult to train "old dog" HR who don't use this daily or don't want to change the way they use it. Training falls on the analysts and SAP doesn't offer training sessions that would work for this need.
