SAP SuccessFactor used as Human resource portal to apply leaves, onboarding, annual assessments, goal settings etc. The tool is used to configure employee related various tasks. The workflows can be configured accordingly.

SAP SuccessFactors is primarily used for requesting time-off, annual assessments, training, on-boarding users etc. It is a one stop solution for configuration of HR related activities in a organisation. It helps us integrate learning for the employees, tracking and approving leave application and also track employee development discussions in one place. As a manager it helps me track data for all the employees in just one place and further helps me in planning.

The baseline SAP SuccessFactors product covers the majority of the basic requirements that large enterprises will have, this program helps you to manage all of your workers' and organizations' data in one place; it is quite handy and has a user-friendly design; the ease of use makes it a terrific tool. In terms of your career objectives, learning, profile management, and goals for the next assessment cycle, the system is uncomplicated; in essence, it enhances your whole performance management and employee-focused platform.

Success Factors is contributing to maintain the data quality and automated workflows. SF had almost automated every single HR process which has removed the manual intervention altogether. It's time consuming to implement so if you're loooking for a quick fix or quick results it may not be for you.

We use SAP SuccessFactors for the LMS, Goals, Performance reviews, and personal development areas. The only problems I see are the way performance reviews are structured. Maybe a best practices with this module would be great to simplify and standardize the process.

In my organization, we use SAP SuccessFactors for managing shift schedule, leaves and attendance checking of my reportees. also to manage their profile and payroll. we use it for performance management purpose also. we use it for goal and KRA management to set goals and also to manage and update completion of goals by employees which can help to evaluate their performance.

  • replication to S/4 can be a struggle, but that is likely due to our partner...and how they set it up
  • Org Chart management should sync across the position org chart automatically instead of having to make changes in multiple places
Recruiting is great, onboarding 2.0 has been a bit of a struggle but I again believe it may be how our partners set it up.

Immediate terminations often leave the termianted EE sitting as active due to workflows, but that is kind of the way things will be when the termination has to be actioned faster

I have had a great experience using SAP success factors for various purposes like leave management system, reviews and ratings and compensation portal.
SAP succesfactors one of the best platform for the above use case.

We use sucess factors basically for recruitment and onboarding of the employees.we find it little dry User interface for hiring section and to tract candidate progress and process and takes time to reflect the same in User interface .It should be more user friendly to in mobile version as compare to website version

And the complex Hr needs.

I use it mainly for leave management, attendance management, goal setting and appraisal and performance rating.<br><br>as such there is no any problem in system but some times it crashes and feels bit laggy and recently it started giving otp on whatsapp messages instead normal text messages which i think not good idea.<br><br>i use it for my self and for my teammates.

We use success factors as an HRMS portal, tracking various performance and peer reviews. Also, for enabling employee access to various org-wide policy documents, leave management, and org charts, amongst other things. We've had a very good experience since we switched to success factors, as it is really helpful in streamlining our performance feedback journey. We can take feedback from various peers and stakeholders easily. All of the related information is readily available for everyone, reducing the load on HR.

It is a fantastic tool to work. They have a very good tracking system. And manufacturing flow. The system is very adoptive in nature and can be ammeded as per industry requirements. This tool can also be accessed over internet. I love to work at the tool. We can recommend the same to our friends in other places.

It works very good in automotive, but other places it is not so effective. Such as this do not have a nesting process to calculate the proper usage by considering wastage. Anyhow looking to most of other process, we can recommend the SAP to all other collegea in the world. We are already using SAP in our global plants.

In the human resources department we have SAP SuccessFactors to more efficiently manage the hiring and performance of our staff in general, almost the entire payroll, with exemptions for some members of the board of directors. This software helps us to have a better view of the candidates for our job vacancies according to internal requirements, we can see from the beginning before scheduling the interviews which are the best candidates according to their professional profile and previous experiences without having to manually read their sheets of lives. I also like being able to view employee performance from SAP SuccessFactors so we can dynamically interact to foster teamwork and work performance.

SAP SuccessFactors provides a more accurate view of the work of the company's employees according to performance and generates alerts on working hours and has improved our internal recruitment system for the human resources department. With this software we have a very pleasant interface that allows us helps manage payroll and performance in just a few steps without spending long work hours reading data. It is essential to be able to save money for the company and with SAP SuccessFactors it has been possible to significantly reduce the costs of hiring with low labor standards, which in the long term generated extra expenses because more budget had to be allocated to new hires.
