We use sucess factors basically for recruitment and onboarding of the employees.we find it little dry User interface for hiring section and to tract candidate progress and process and takes time to reflect the same in User interface .It should be more user friendly to in mobile version as compare to website version

I use it mainly for leave management, attendance management, goal setting and appraisal and performance rating.<br><br>as such there is no any problem in system but some times it crashes and feels bit laggy and recently it started giving otp on whatsapp messages instead normal text messages which i think not good idea.<br><br>i use it for my self and for my teammates.

We use success factors as an HRMS portal, tracking various performance and peer reviews. Also, for enabling employee access to various org-wide policy documents, leave management, and org charts, amongst other things. We've had a very good experience since we switched to success factors, as it is really helpful in streamlining our performance feedback journey. We can take feedback from various peers and stakeholders easily. All of the related information is readily available for everyone, reducing the load on HR.

In the human resources department we have SAP SuccessFactors to more efficiently manage the hiring and performance of our staff in general, almost the entire payroll, with exemptions for some members of the board of directors. This software helps us to have a better view of the candidates for our job vacancies according to internal requirements, we can see from the beginning before scheduling the interviews which are the best candidates according to their professional profile and previous experiences without having to manually read their sheets of lives. I also like being able to view employee performance from SAP SuccessFactors so we can dynamically interact to foster teamwork and work performance.

I recently had the opportunity to work with SAP SuccessFactors, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the platform boasts a comprehensive suite of human capital management solutions, in my opinion, the user interface (UI) and the Career Site Builder (CSB) were major pain points that significantly impacted usability. I think the platform's failure to provide a user-friendly and developer-friendly environment poses a significant hurdle for organizations looking to leverage its capabilities effectively. Also the reason why we remove the SAP's Job board is that it's diability to post jobs directly on LinkedIn. Until these issues are addressed and the platform undergoes a much-needed modernization, it may be worthwhile for prospective users to explore alternative solutions that better align with contemporary expectations.

I use SuccessFactors primarily for updating my time sheet, requesting time offs, viewing my comp details or even my org chart occasionally. Starting this year, we've also introduced our P&amp;G review process in Successfactors. This is great since we do not have to switch between multiple systems for different tasks. I have started my self reflection in Successfactors and it looks good so far.

Success Factors helped us stabilise and automate the HR processes and impacted the business outcome positively. The suite of modules are well integrated and talk to each other so well that the data moves from one module to another without any lag. It also offers a great control of access management which takes care of the compliance aspects too. The data quality has tremendously improved with the help of SF which saves a lot of man hours which was spent on debugging the errors

SAP SuccessFactors is our HR source system. I work on the IT side supporting the business through all things SuccessFactors. I handle the PMGM process, Recruiting, Compensation Process, day to day Integrations, and also supporting Reporting and Analytics. It has been a learning journey and a beautiful one. We have come so far in our SuccessFactors journey with only further to go. Limitations exist, as with every system, but so far, we’ve been able to accommodate the business need and grow.
