We faces problems on hiring process, Also we need a one simple process for all the countries where we have presence. SAP SuccessFactors was the solve for all our problems, now we have Colombia and late this year we will have United States. All ours process where redefinited and now are a almost perfects.

The implementation process was very simple with SAP's Activate methodology, we were able to configure all the modules and migrate more than 18,000 employees in 10 months, the project was a success and has been an example in the company.
The system we had previously based its data on the Oracle Database, but we required a server, a datacenter, a database administrator and several other resources to support the solution, with SAP SuccessFactors in the Cloud everything is simpler.

SAP SuccessFsactors replace our old HR Software called SARA from a company UNION SOLUCIONES, that software was onpremise not cloud, does not have multi country support and doest fit in the Company Vision, since our company is growing to anothers countrys like Perú, Brasil, USA, Dominican Republic, Filipinas and Mexico.

In the company we have a rigorous model for the evaluation and selection of suppliers, which guarantees transparency and efficiency in the process. Knowing SuccessFactos and if I had to make a new selection process in another company, it would be my first choice.

We use SAP Learning, and we like it very much, the topics are updated along with the products, we have access to the SFX customer certifications and we have done them all, in general the SAP learning platform is very good and complete.
Yes, initially and for the most basic topics it was really easy to learn the use of the system, this allowed us to better understand the architecture and operation of the system, it was like the basis for more complicated topics.
The system configuration level is appropriate, we have had no problems with the configurations that we can or cannot make.
Regarding the configurations, we always evaluate them with the manufacturer, SAP and with the consultancy, we ask for support through support cases directly from SAP to validate feasibility and possible problems that we may have, once we are clear about what the technical scope that we could have would be. have, we validate with the users and design the configuration.

On one occasion we had a problem with hiring in production, we put the case and they called us almost immediately, the consultant wanted to meet with us in a virtual session to review the case, when we met with him, he explained what was happening, he told us how he identified it, how we could identify it and how we should correct it, he taught us how to use a SuccessFactos error checking tool and we solved the problem ourselves with his assistance. It was really a great service experience, he not only helped us but also taught us.
It is very intuitive and easy to use, we have not had any complaints about it from our employees, the transition from the previous system was seamless and smooth.

The mobile application is a great help especially for us, because we have staff who do not have access to a computer all day, so they use the mobile application to do their HR process.
The scalability and flexibility of SuccessFactors is unbeatable. It is very easy to scale the product to new countries and areas, and with the help of CPI it can be easily integrated.
Until now we have not had serious availability problems with SuccessFactors, we had Microsoft Active Directory and SSO with ADFS and we had availability problems but because of problems with ADFS, we migrated to Azure AD and with that the availability problems of SuccessFactors because of ADFS went away. The only windows of unavailability that we have had are those that we are communicated to do maintenance and upgrades.
The performance is very good, the truth is that we have not had serious performance problems, some complex reports may take a little longer, but considering the complexity and the amount of records it is an acceptable time. We have never received a complaint from users regarding page loading speed.

SAP SuccessFactors is highly integrable with SAP and non-SAP systems, so far we have not had any problems with integrations.
The entire purchasing process was very simple and clear, they were always attentive to any concerns or requirements on our part, they helped us a lot to generate the invoices as we needed them.
After the purchase process everything remains the same, they are always attentive to our requirements or concerns, they are very punctual with invoices.
Once time we need to change the datacenter and we made this with the professional services from SAP... everything goes just fine. excelent service.

The integration between SF to SAP HR on premise especially related to dynamic action isn't good. Rather there is no standard solution for that.
The overall implementation took almost an extra year than what we planned. It wasn't a pleasant one but we managed it and are successfully live now. It wasn't easy for sure.

It's not too complex to scale it and we have it across our organization in 7 countries.
We have had availability almost always, just with one or two exceptions.

Our payroll, benefits and retirement are in SAP HR on premise so we have all employees data being integrated to on premise. Getting the integration wasn't easy, the biggest challenge was to have dynamic action update real time with integration in on premise.
The other third party ones are mostly through API.

Make sure you understand what can be and can't be integrated in a standard option.
The vendor knows what they are talking about, but scope understanding could have been better.
The consultants were good, the management could have been better and more upfront.
We did use this service to do analysis of the solution being implemented. It was a good check point during the project to see if everything is going as planned.
There was a delay in our project by almost a year and I don't have all the details, but this was something that was negotiated.
Please make sure the scope is very clear and well defined.

Use SAP SuccessFactors as an employee of the company as EC is live in all countries and works in the learning management system. We use all the various modules in EC, and our LMS offers a wide range of courses for all our internal and external users. Use it for reporting, assignments, and compliance-related matters.

The platform is well suited to day-to-day use for employees and learners. When it comes to performance appraisals, the process can be cumbersome for the admins. Creating custom landing pages, for example, in learning, is not intuitive, very limited, and visually unappealing. Some limited features in training assignments and reporting make a lot of extra work and compromise between different teams.

There are several good implementations and a wide range of software and vendors communicating with SAP SuccessFactors, which is a great feature. However, we often found that not all of them fit and even have issues with communicating and using other modules. For example, reports in the learning management system and Employee central use a different data field for the same value (user ID is general in one and text in the other) when we download excel reports, causing manageable but unnecessary issues.
We rely heavily on compliance training tracking in LMS and use the data to be sent to legal and compliance teams. The business rules that we set up reduce the amount of after-work for these teams significantly and help for a smoother reporting structure.
