Pretty Good for certain use cases!
Very very similar- it is not worth switching from one to the other unless you want to have payroll in the same tool.

Helpful Onboarding Tool
Sapling [HR] was our first and only HR automation platform. We ran a trial campaign with them and did not compare them to other vendors.

Simple place for storage
The platform is quick and easy on all sides. This works well for the employee and payroll team. It is nice to be able to access all the previous clock in and clock out quickly. A person can export a collection of specific dates to review. The system can be used from different outlets.

A highly customizable tool that allows teams to work together to ensure a smooth employee onboarding
None of the other systems we evaluated could accommodate our needs. Some vendors said that they were planning to release the features that we needed, but we needed to implement a tool immediately.

Sapling HR is simple to use and so organized!
The UI/UX for Sapling is quite cleaner and easier to navigate versus other platforms like Workday.
