The Scale support since day one has been very reliable just from the standpoint of getting the product here and getting the product out of its box and getting it set up in a rack. From there, we talked to a few reps from Scale which were extremely knowledgeable and helped steer us in the right direction with the installation.

It's very easy to reach support. Responses have always been very fast. They've been very helpful and supportive whether it's a simple operating question or a deeper troubleshooting issue. They stay with the issue until it gets resolved.

Support is very responsive and thorough. They provide every customer with a portal that provides up to date case history, knowledge bases and hands-on support unlike other solutions, when you call Scale, you will hear a human answer your technical questions and provide the right guidance. Scale systems support is built into the solution which provides for seamless access to the systems by the technicians.

We haven't leveraged support that much, but when we've had to there are very responsive and knowledgeable. They went over and above assisting with migrating Linux and Linux related appliances when we cutover.

I have to be honest. I have not had to use the support. That to me means Scale Cluster sells a product that works! A rare thing these days with companies pushing systems out to meet their Marketing Department release demands. Looks good on Scale Cluster and makes other companies just look poorly managed.

Support has been great. I have used the chat support and called in as well. I do recommend that they work to improve their knowledge-base support, as I have found it difficult to locate simple answers and had to wait until the next day to contact support via chat. In fact, I am doing that right now.

Scale has ALWAYS been right there at the point of need, no matter what method we use to contact them, online chat, remote tunnels to our machines or through the ticket system. They have never failed us in any request.

They've been super easy to work with, very responsive when you start a call or an email, and seem very knowledgeable. We have had no complaints in working with support. The built-in tools in the Scale web interface make it easy to let support in to analyze any issues.

As I mentioned before, Scale Computing's support team always goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I have even had proactive calls from Tier-3/4 support techs who have reached out to me to offer an early upgrade to a new release when they knew that I had been wanting a certain feature/enhancement. They even connected in and ran the upgrade on all of my nodes for me from start to finish to make sure all went smoothly. All I had to do was open up the initial connection. What other tech support group does that?

Honestly, we have not had to deal much with Scale Computing Support, as the setup and the usage of Scale is pretty straight forward. Even most novice systems analysts or infrastructure specialists can easily navigate and configure infrastructure with ease in Scale. We have only needed to contact support maybe two times, and both times they resolved our issues pretty rapidly.

Scale has had great support over the year that we have used the product. However, lately, we have been somewhat disappointed in some of their techs. Instead of working with the customer on solutions, they want to point fingers.
