Scale Computing offers edge computing, virtualization, and hyperconverged solutions for customers around the globe. Scale Computing HyperCore software promises to eliminate traditional virtualization software, disaster recovery software, servers, and shared storage, replacing these with a fully integrated, highly available system for running applications. The vendor says that, using patented HyperCore™ technology, the SC//HyperCore self-healing platform automatically identifies, mitigates, and corrects problems in the infrastructure in real-time, enabling applications to achieve maximum uptime even when local IT resources and staff are scarce. I've been having a good experience with Scale Computing Platform Support. At this level of product, support is essential because it could be crucial to keep your business running when you have any unexpected situation. We didn't have too many issues with the servers but every time we had one, they were there to help us.

We had one need for support post-setup, and the person who answered the phone was the support person I needed. No transfer, no level one, and our accents were similar enough that we understood each other easily. The problem was actually in my switch, not with Scale, but the support person still assisted me and got the entire cluster up and running again in under 30 minutes. They are truly a partner not just a vendor.

The customer support is one of the best, if not the best, in IT Industry. You always have someone available in a time span of minutes to one hour. Everyone is competent, there is no first-level support that nags you with log files and the same basic questions every time. Technicians connect remotely and will never ask you anything to provide except to open a port. Problems are solved in minutes to hours. No problem solving ever needed downtime. Questions are answered in depth if asked for.

They are based in the United States so it is a real pleasure speaking with any one of their support personnel. Troubleshooting goes so much faster and is much less frustrating when you both can easily understand each other. That is one of the main reasons we went with Scale instead of another company with overseas support.

The support from Scale Computing Platform has been very helpful to us in terms of client's requirements and urgency. Sometimes, there is a request for product demo/presentation, the Scale Computing Platform team is willing to help as possible in order for us to get the deal. They are very much open for support and help to their respective distributor including marketing collaterals as tool to promote the said product

They are very responsive on the phone or by email, and every time we have called, the problem we are having is solved with ease or within a few business days. I met them at a SpiceWorld conference in 2022, and when I went back for the 2023 conference, they remembered me and made us feel like we were their favorite customer.

Excellent. We always can reach someone by phone. In some cases though, you need to schedule certain requests on their calendar so it could take a little longer to get migration going or resolve an integration problem with any 3rd party software.

The support team deserves major props for how cordial and professional they were with our implementation. We were assigned a project manager and engineer. Everything was scheduled with our kick-off call, and our engineer got us up and running in no time.

Scale support has been great; the initial setup was done over a series of scheduled calls, they really hit the nail on the head with their onboarding process, and everything was written out so you were ready to go once your next call started. Kudos to the Scale Support Team and their continued service!
