- Contact info like email and phone helps me connect with them fast

- I have checked and found, sometimes filters are not the best and it shows profiles that you are not looking for.

- Other than providing diversity filters, they do not have set ethnicities for the tech industries like other AI companies do

- SeekOut has fantastic search capabilities
- SeekOut is not a silo; you can upload, download and intergrate data source
- SeekOut has strong candidate contact mining capabilies
- SeekOut has excellent cross reference and DEI capabilities.
- In my opinion, SeekOut candidate Campaign management is weak, poor actually.
- SeekOut could provide more customization (export fields, custom titles, integrations).
It is not well suited for Campaign Management, or customization.

- Setting up campaigns is not always user friendly and the emails look like spam from the recipients perspective

This is a Great and (Nearly) Comprehensive Tool For TA Teams

I wouldn't recommend SeekOut for folks who work only on the later stages of a hiring process.

- Identifies diverse talent easily
- Great AI search feature
- Honing in on geographic locations that are suited for specific talent
- Pulls data from other sources outside of LinkedIn
- Profiles could be updated on a more regular basis.
- The AI could be improved to show more accurate results (although this will come with time and more users taking advantage of the feature)
- Adding boolean into certain areas could be improved o na UI side.
- Providing one on one sourcing coaching sessions with your account manager
- Friendly, available account mangers
- Updating candidate contact information to be up to date and accurate
- Working on confirming candidate locations correctly
