Sendible is a versatile social media management platform that caters to the needs of marketing departments and creative teams. With Sendible, users can easily manage multiple social media accounts and measure activities across various platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest. The platform offers an intuitive dashboard that simplifies the process of creating and scheduling content, allowing users to save time and effort. Users can schedule posts in advance, attach media, and set specific posting times for their connected accounts, ensuring consistent online presence.

One of the key features of Sendible is its scheduling functionality, which allows marketing teams to meet weekly goals and plan posts effectively. The platform streamlines the process of submitting, approving, and tracking posts, making it easier for writers to collaborate and stay organized. Additionally, Sendible's integration with Canva enables users to design graphics seamlessly within the platform. Furthermore, Sendible offers an auto-generated report feature that allows users to track their social media performance effortlessly.

Another valuable use case for Sendible is in marketing agencies where it serves as a cost-effective alternative to managing clients' social media accounts on different platforms. With Sendible's user access management and post assignment features, agencies can collaborate directly with clients in real-time without compromising efficiency or quality. The platform also provides reliable scheduling and report creation capabilities, making it an ideal solution for small marketing teams looking to manage multiple social media profiles efficiently.

For operations departments dealing with multiple retainer clients, Sendible proves invaluable in simplifying the content creation process. The platform's interface facilitates collaboration among creative teams by providing tools for scheduling posts, managing content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery. Moreover, the integration of Pinterest into Sendible has been hailed as a game-changer for managing social media content effectively.

In summary, Sendible offers a range of user-friendly features that address the challenges of managing social media accounts across different platforms. With its ability to schedule and curate posts, collaborate with team members, and generate comprehensive reports, Sendible saves users time and effort while ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

Most Robust Platform: Users have consistently found Sendible to be the most robust social media management platform compared to others, praising its wide range of features and ease of use. Several reviewers have highlighted that Sendible offers a comprehensive suite of tools for managing social media accounts effectively.

Responsive Customer Support: Many users have praised the highly accommodating and always available customer support provided by Sendible. Multiple reviewers have mentioned that they never had any issues reaching out to the support team for assistance, whether it was for a quick question or to demo other features.

Convenient Access and Navigation: The easy access provided by Sendible has been appreciated by users, making it convenient for them to find what they are looking for. Reviewers have mentioned that they can easily locate posts that didn't go up and report them, as well as complete assigned tasks without any hassle.

  1. Clunky and difficult user interface: Many users have found the user interface of the software to be clunky and difficult to navigate, particularly when it comes to managing incoming messages/posts in the inbox. The separation of threads into individual messages makes it challenging for users to follow conversations effectively.

  2. Limited reporting features: Reviewers expressed frustration with the limited reporting features of the software, which lack customization options. This limitation renders them not worth using for many users who require more flexibility in analyzing their social media data.

  3. Mistaken handling of hashtags: Some users have reported frustration with the system's handling of hashtags, as it mistakenly identifies them as links instead of just numbers. This error adds extra editing time when approving posts, causing inconvenience for social media managers who rely on efficient workflows.

Users commonly recommend Sendible for managing social media at an affordable price, particularly for small and large agencies. They also find value in the email notification feature on the dashboard, although improvements are suggested. Users report that Sendible becomes more useful with increased usage. While praised for its effectiveness with Facebook and Twitter, users believe there is room for improvement when it comes to LinkedIn. Overall, users find Sendible easy to operate and user-friendly, recommending it as a tool to try out. However, one user advises against using Sendible, claiming it doesn't work. Another user suggests that Sendible may be better suited for companies generating hundreds-of-millions of dollars per year due to recent price changes. It is recommended to compare Sendible with other similar products before making a decision. For small businesses, Sendible is recommended and found easy to use for daily posts on Facebook groups. Users suggest starting slowly with Sendible and being mindful of the limitations of each social media platform. Lastly, the free trial is highly recommended to experience what Sendible has to offer. In summary, users highly recommend Sendible as a top option for marketers.

The marketing agency I have contracted uses Sendible to manage and schedule content posted to my social media profiles. It easily allows them to share content with me they've created on my behalf, and I'm able to directly make changes or edits as needed. Posts are scheduled ahead of time, which automates posting and saves time.
  • Easy to schedule social media posts[.]
  • Easy to add content to various social media profiles[.]
  • Doesn't allow for promotion of posts ahead of time/managing promoted posts[.]
I have a fairly straightforward use case for Sendible and it meets almost all of my needs. If you are a small company that needs a collaborative solution to social media content creation, and likely has a small team (or no team) to manage social media postings, I think Sendible is likely a great tool to schedule posts and largely automate social media marketing. A larger company or more involved marketing team could still use Sendible to schedule and collaborate on posts. However, there may be additional features they may want or need (like the ability to promote posts) that may not be available with Sendible.

Sendible is the tool we use to manage multiple social media accounts and multiple accounts within those social profiles, measure and monitor all activities in the social media accounts. Quick enough to schedule content to post, attach any media and set time for posting to the connected accounts. We spend less time researching on how to personalize messages since Sendible monitors the accounts and is set to post automatic replies or retweet.
  • Schedule and queue social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Real-time interactions with the audience
  • Identifying brand influencers and monitoring mentions
  • Campaign performance insights
  • They do not offer a free plan, however there is free trial with 30-day money back guarantee.
  • The cost of premium services is higher the average costs of alternatives.
Sendible is appropriate for promoting any website and automating social media profiles, prospecting new leads to build the audience. Sendible puts businesses on a path for lead acquisition and provides a clear operating strategy for deploying social media campaigns that help drive traffic.
It is designed for all businesses that use social media.

Sendible is being used by our company to easily post to all of our social media accounts for the multiple projects we have. Since using Sendible we have been able to keep up with weekly goals and planned posts. I am in charge of all of the social media so I'm responsible for all the content that is posted using this platform makes it 10 times easier and quicker to finish with the layout.
  • Ease of access on this platform is one of my favorite things.
  • Quick posting features.
  • I would love to see more services available to add as I'm constantly adding new customers.
  • It would be great and very useful if they had a clickable calendar to view which dates are already booked with posts for a quick reference while scheduling new posts.
Sendible is perfect getting the upper hand on all of your social media accounts. You can easily upload content and track analytics for all of your accounts. It has an awesome report builder feature that I don't utilize, but it would be super handy for those who need to create reports for bosses and meetings to show your progress.

I first started using Sendible in August of 2016 after another social media platform I had been using created some major issues and was lacking in so many areas. It was late at night, in New York, and I reached out to their customer support via live chat and got a quick response. I started my free trial that night and started exploring features. Having been an active user on the platform for 2.5 years now, I have seen the progress and advances that the company has made along the way.

I use Sendible for my business, Social Vibe Marketing, Inc., and also collaborate with my team on projects using their platform. Like anything in business, a great tool is a worthwhile investment, and it's well worth the expense. Sendible has allowed us to easily schedule posts (even recurring posts), curate content, import the feeds that matter most, design graphics with their Canva integration, and even schedule out reports to autogenerate and automatically be sent out to you and/or your clients. This has been a huge time saver for my organization.
  • Easy to schedule and post to all of your social media platforms.
  • Customer support is very accommodating and always there to help. I have never had an issue with reaching someone whether it was for a quick question or to demo other features.
  • They have an awesome affiliate program (example: I earned over $600 from one company clicking through an signing up from my affiliate link - yay!)
  • Compared to other social media platforms, Sendible has been the most robust with features and ease of use.
  • They are always making advances and upgrades to their service offerings to better meet the needs of their customers.
  • They do offer review tracking, it's a little limited though, you can integrate another service to better.
We LOVE SENDIBLE!!

In addition to their awesome customer support, Sendible's platform has saved our company time in scheduling out posts (either one at at time or in bulk); is easy to collaborate with your team and find relevant useful content. If you are an agency, they also have a white label version available which is pretty cost-effective.

Sendible helps us to manage all our social media accounts from one dashboard. The ease of creating and scheduling social media is really easy. Everything is clear and simple on Sendible. Sendible doesn't contain any bugs and works 100% perfectly. You can easily access all functions on Sendible. We primarily use Sendible for our Facebook platforms to connect with our fans. Sendible saves us our precious time.
  • Easy to use.
  • Option to schedule Google Posts to GMB listings.
  • Lets you draft posts and publish them to Tumblr.
  • Will get Social Media reports instantly.
  • Google Chrome extension available to schedule your contents.
  • Should lower the price. Price is high compared to Buffer.
  • Module limit in reporting is hard to work around.
  • Sometimes some problems with loading the dashboard.
  • Need to improve real time monitoring option.
  • No option to manage Pinterest accounts now.
Sendible is good if you are looking for a complete Social Media Management software. It is great if you have a team and they are working to develop social media content for your own company or for your clients. If you are looking for a software to manage your Pinterest contents too, Sendible is not the choice for you because Sendible doesn't support Pinterest now.

We use Sendible in our Marketing Department. I manage 13+ social media accounts, four writers and an admissions representative all through Sendible. Since Marketing is the only department that deals with social media, we are the only department that currently utilizes the tool. For us, Sendible is a great way for us to manage our social media in one place. We have Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts for all of our programs, so it is crucial that accessing and assessing each of those is easy. The feature of Sendible we use the most is the scheduling of content. It is very simple for a writer to submit posts for approval, approve posts, and see what has been posted previously as well as what is scheduled to post in the future.
  • Content Calendar. It is easy to filter channels to get an overall look at what content is to post for any given channel.
  • Customer Support. They are quick to respond/alert when something is down or if you need assistance with anything regarding their product.
  • Organization. It is very easy to find what you are looking for. If there was a post that didn't go up, there is a place to find it and report it. If there was a task assigned to me, I know exactly where to go to complete it.
  • Inbox. The inbox of incoming messages/posts is very clunky. Threads are separated into individual messages, making it difficult to follow conversations.
  • Reporting. The included reporting features are limited and don't allow for enough customization to be worth using.
  • Hashtags. When discussing the 10 most common mistakes (or whatever the title might be), we are unable to say "You won't believe #3" because the system reads this as a hashtag to link rather than just a number. It adds on editing time when approving posts.
  • Default settings. As a Social Media Manager, it is annoying to have myself set as default when looking at the content calendar. I don't write the posts, just approved and schedule them, so manually entering in my writers' names in the filters could be made easier by making this an editable feature.
  • Instagram. You cannot post multiple images in a single Instagram post from Sendible.
  • Service Lists. They are supposed to be helpful in grouping your services (we do this by brand), however, these lists don't pull the information you put on individual services. So if I have a list with Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for Brand A, you can't just add the Brand A Service List filter onto the calendar and see all of those posts that are scheduled. They don't seem to have much purpose at all.
The interface is very user-friendly so this product is great for those who are necessarily tech-savvy. Similarly, Sendible is great when you are working with multiple writers/team members. It's easy to communicate, approve/reject/schedule content, and visualize when/where content is going out. While I would say that Sendible is not the perfect tool, it is the best one for us right now.

Sendible is not a login-replacement. You cannot use Sendible to avoid signing into Facebook (or what have you). It is difficult to get a grasp on where messages/comments are coming from in the inbox. I still respond to all of those in Facebook proper.

Sendible is not great for those who work in report-focused companies. As of now, they are limited in what you can do in your reports and there are much more effective reporting platforms out there, so if you are looking for an all-in-one product, this may not be it.

Great Solution

Sendible allows us to scale up drastically so that a small social media team can support a major brand's social media strategy across various platforms. We routinely scheduled more than 2,000 messages for 3 major brands over 12 different platforms. It was intuitive to use from the start and the improvement I remember being a game changer for us was when Sendible was one of the first social media tools out there that offered Pinterest integration.
  • User experience - I have always found Sendible to be easy to understand and use.
  • Innovative - our team needed a solution for Pinterest badly -- no other tools were integrated with it but we needed to be able to schedule pins in advance. Sendible offered one of the first Pinterest solutions in the space.
  • Customer Service - over a few years we had meaningful contact with the customer care team and they were always prompt and helpful.
  • The one area I remember thinking could use improvement was in the user account settings, it's the only section I thought could be a little clearer.
I recommend it daily as an option that has been around long enough to understand the space and know it can be trusted, but nimble enough to keep up with the changing trends.

We trialled Sendible after finding HootSuite too expensive for a company of our size. The primary goals were to enable the corporate marketing team to manage the email activity of a range of different people in different countries and divisions.
  • It offers the basic functionality offered by all social media management platforms
  • Slow to load.
  • User guide and help function were really poor, and live support never seemed available in UK office hours. It's pretty intuitive but there's no help.
  • Connection to LinkedIn didn't seem to work.
  • Really struggled to identify a single benefit of using this over simply working with platforms directly. Yes, there were a couple more metrics visible, but it just didn't give business benefits.
I am sceptical about the benefits of social media management platforms in general, believing they enable bad practice (scheduling posts in advance because it makes your life easier, rather than using social media as a live, responsive and engaging comms tool / blasting out identical content to platforms which have quite different purposes and audiences). That said, some are better than others. I would guess people are attracted to Sendible as it's a lower price point for some businesses than alternatives. It is clunky, slow to load and a very obvious 'me too' product, where you don't feel there's a vision or focus on driving customer benefits. The social media scanning tool was incredibly poor and brought back very unreliable results. The connection to LinkedIn didn't work for company pages or showcase pages. Really, really, if you're looking at this, go the whole hog and invest in marketing automation which does all this and much, much more.

  • The ability to brand monitor is a strength. Even if individuals don't specifically tag you in Twitter posts, you can know they're talking about the company, allowing you to bring in new users.
  • When responding to a post in the inbox, the visual check mark on the right hand side is a helpful reminder that you've responded to a tweet. When juggling multiple accounts as I do, it is especially useful.
  • Because we work with businesses that provide consumer services, integrating Yelp monitoring is also important. By getting emails from Yelp in our inbox as they come in on the website, we're able to better address problems as they arise, or provide more real time positive feedback through our social media channels.
  • This service is probably not the best for really large or fast-paced accounts. While it seems that some posts come in through Sendible immediately, others seem to take several hours. For the non-profits and smaller businesses we work for, this is not a problem, but it could be for larger businesses.
  • When you try to click on individual accounts to get more detailed profile information, the profile rarely loads. This information could be useful to get a sense of how many followers an individual has, and to see other content they've posted.
  • If you're working with individuals in multiple time zones, there are some functionality problems. You only have one default time zone, so if you're generally based in PST but end up in EST, you'll have to automatically adjust the time stamp to 3 hours earlier in order for the post to go out immediately.
Though the solution works well for some aspects of our business, I would be careful to recommend it to another colleague. The most important questions would be: how many different accounts are you trying to manage? how real-time and high volume is the social media response on these accounts? do you have any outside brand monitoring needs (including through Yelp?) If an individual only has 1-2 accounts or has really high volume needs, I couldn't suggest Sendible.
