We are using the Brevo application for our email campaign of clients who have clicked on our previous outreach campaigns or past clients. The problem the Brevo product addresses is allowing us to accumulate our client lists from previous campaigns and sources into one source.

  • Ability to print out those updated lists
  • I would like to see a larger ability to create/design the email campaign
  • Ability to manipulate an imported image with more options, either to enlarge or edit.
  • A way to allow short videos to begin playing versus having the recipient pressing a play button.
Brevo is great for email campaigns. Outside of maybe some design inabilities at this time that doesn't allow a broader capability to manipulate or edit imported images (which I assume will get better over time), Brevo is a strong recommendation for use of email campaigns.

Brevo works for several purposes at the same time:
· Allows Email Automation's fast-paced learning
· Saves collaborators from creating HTML emails
· Makes data-filtering easier than most tools (audiences)
· Exceeds automation options than most tools we've used so far
· Integrates JS events, customer behavior, and specific scenarios to adapt meaningful touchpoints beyond the usual "visited XYZ URL or downloaded a specific resource". It allows combining triggers to qualify and score leads appropriately.
  • Fluid and intuitive inteface in all modules, which allows to complete tasks with zero stress levels.
  • Creating specific automation scenarios with multiple entry points. And it might seem trivial, but most marketing teams fail tagging MQL and SQL due to undetectable-complex customer journeys.
  • Sends notifications to the same record and to more than one recipient. It may pick recipients from field values. And also CC CCO messages to comma separated email addresses.
  • Get detailed reporting on mailservers reasons to bounce messages, from a modern, shareable report.
  • Allows flexibility when creating chatbots according to scenarios, all easy to modify and implement, triggered by events.
  • Chatbot reporting on automation stages to measure what specific options web visitors choose, and its correlation to timing and URL (section, product, or service). i.e. people tend to complain on more on Monday evenings in this URL order: 1, 2, 3.
  • Notification subject including the user account that imported, erased, exported, sent... who performed the action and the timestamp of task completion.
  • Dynamic SLAs for support, depending on the complexity of the ticket. If you could choose another language, or time zone with the purpose of accelerating the response, would be better. Today, a checkmark doesn't speed things up if you choose to receive support in a foreign language.
In terms of contacts count, helps you keep the blacklisted in your database, so there's no need to add a filtering process prior to mass imports. And I know it's silly to send mass emails to imported lists, but that's what's common in Latin America, yet Today.

If you have 10 or 10K contacts, costs don't differ if you don't send them campaigns.

We are a boutique hotel and have just started to use Brevo. We are hoping that having a communication app that can keep all guest correspondence, no matter the source (email/whatsapp/ fb messenger/instagram dm) will help us deliver a better guest experience in a way that is efficient.

To date, the support has been helpful whilst setting it up. It does seem to have a lot of features just need the time to explore, develop and create.

  • easy to link up fb, instagram etc... had no issues with integration
  • i think it has alot of features so i feel like i am not using it as much as it should as i dont know what I CAN DO with it
  • i wish there was like case studies for different industries so we can see how its applications - happy to be a sample if needed :)
  • i would go to a paid subscription if i was confident about what it can do for me but i am trailing it against other options to see what is good for me
i dont know as i have not been able to test all the features out

We are a nonprofit organization and it is very helpful for us to use a platform that is very easy to use and does not require us to have advanced skills in order to send good looking emails with good analytical options. Also it seems that the price-to-benefit ratio is really the best on the market for small organizations like ours at the time when I am writing this review.

We mainly use Brevo for Email Campaigns to a engaged database. The ability to create Lists, segment the database to the nth degree, organise and review contacts is excellent.

The reporting data from an email send out is exceptional. The drill down detail is second to none, giving both an easy to read, quick overview and complex metrics that allow for a deep dive into the stats. In future, we may be interested in utilising additional elements available such as Conversations. Another benefit with Brevo is that you can select and pay for only those parts that are useful for your business, making it more cost effective and without being saddled with additional add ons that are of no benefit.

Interface wise, the app is easy to use with a low learning curve (particularly if you have had previous experience with, and in comparison to, other CRM or mail out systems).

In terms of cons, some functions could be labelled to make their purpose clearer and it may be better to have the option to add on other elements when selecting the different plans, so that one payment is made for all other elements you wish to use.

Brevo is well suited for anyone who is looking for a mail out system that also allows you to hold and manage records in a database, as well as utilising the latest comms technology.

Where it may not be appropriate would be in a scenario where a user would need a more complex product to work on project management, complex deal structures or perhaps mass marketing (although there may be an enterprise level for some of this).

The Brevo user experience of mine is intuitive and engaging, with seamless navigation. I think the layout is well-organized, allowing users to easily locate desired information without feeling overwhelmed. From the homepage to individual pages, the content is presented in a visually very good interface, enhancing the overall browsing experience. The design elements are consistent across different pages, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand recognition. In terms of functionality, Brevo performs admirably, loading quickly and functioning smoothly across various devices and browsers. Interactive elements such as dropdown menus, search bars, and multimedia content enhance user engagement and interaction. Overall, I like Brevo very much for campaigning email marketing.

We use Brevo for two types of customers: online customers and offline customers. It is easy to us lists or segments for both types of customers. The workingspace is easy to understand and have a very professional look. Once i was suspended due to a high performance of bounce percentage. After having contact with Brevo which went very fast, Brevo reactivated my account with extra information of how to use Brevo. We are very satisfied of the Brevo app and their backoffice.

I use Brevo for email marketing so as to showcase our services and reach to potential customers. First plan allows 300 daily emails at no charge, basically free email marketing and in most cases they reach inbox.

Also allows me to see how different campaigns perform and find out which email subject or content works better. The analytics are a big plus - open rate and click rate are very important.

Unsubscribed recipients can easily be removed for a clean list.


  • Trackable open rate and click rate - very accurate

  • Reasonable pricing including free plan offer
  • I'd like to see Brevo have an email bounce checker - this can be offered at a cost
  • The email content sent from Brevo tends to look a bit different than emails sent from usual Gmail or other mailservers. Maybe that aspect can be improved.
  • Wish to see an option to remove all unsubscribers via one click, rather than visiting each contact list to remove them.
For starters and beginners I would highly recommend Brevo platform.

Reasonable pricing, and has an entire suite of services to help with marketing, sales and especially newsletters due to friendly interface for managing subscribers and campaigns.

I forgot to mention Brevo has its own mailserver that sends out the emails while replies can be sent directly to our original email. This way we don't have to suffer pesky restrictions from Gmail :)

Brevo has been a high-quality, affordable option in creating a newsletter for my business and working synchronously with a small team. I did some extensive research of the options for CRM suites online, and I think Brevo is one of the best options out there. The value for the price you pay is difficult to beat, as many services charge 2, 3x or more for a similar product.Beyond the dollars, I'd like to share an interaction that especially convinced me of Brevo and it's dedication to businesses and creators. I had a rather specific question during signup, and upon submitting my query, the Brevo support team almost immediately emailed me a detailed reply that accurately answered the question. No formulaic response, no "Thank you for your request - someone will be with you in 3-5 business days" - they took the time to understand my issue and gave me a perfect explanation inside of 24 hours. That level of customer service is truly appreciated in this day and age, and it can make a customer for life. I'm looking forward to growing further on the Brevo platform!

Brevo is perfect for smaller creators or people with an audience. I believe it's also ideal for small businesses, and very likely larger businesses, too. I was able to ask a detailed question and receive a similarly response from a Brevo employee very quickly. With larger CRM services, that is not a guarantee. It made me feel that Brevo cares deeply about their customers and wants to create the best environment and experience for them.

I use Brevo for our monthly newsletters. Brevo makes this process seamless.
Using the platform is easy and the flow of creating a newsletter feels natural.
Support is readily available when needed and the statistics given for each sent newsletter are invaluable to plan the next newsletter.
I previously used Mailchimp and moved to Brevo when Mailchimp became a paid-only platform.
I'm currently still using the free version of Brevo, but am considering upgrading it this year.

I utilize Brevo as a platform to disseminate knowledge and raise awareness among the general public regarding sustainability-related subjects, events, and services. I also employ it as a means to effectively communicate our organisation's events, activities, and other pertinent information to our specific target audience
  • It provides easy-to use templates, therefore one doesn't need to have design expertise to use it
  • It offers 300 free emails daily and there's no limit to the number of contacts that can go into the database
  • I appreciate the feature that allows me to requeue an email campaign after it has been sent to the initial 300 recipients. This feature ensures that the email is only delivered to those who have not yet received it, eliminating the concern of a recipient receiving the same email twice.
  • It offers mobile and desktop previews letting me see in real time how the email will appear on the receiver's end
  • It would be highly appreciated if there was an option available for daily upgrade payment, specifically designed for one-time use. Currently, the platform offers monthly and annual subscription options
  • More Templates are always welcome
As of now, my experience with Brevo has been limited to utilizing it for email campaigns. From my personal standpoint, I can confidently affirm that it provides marketing communication professionals, especially those with limited or no marketing budget, with the opportunity to disseminate their messages through newsletters or blogs, completely free of charge.

Brevo assists us with email marketing outreach, particularly when using HTML creatives. We have recently decided to broadcast our weekly newsletter from the platform, after an initial trial proved successful. The ability to store unlimited contacts and be billed based on emails sent is part of what makes it appealing. It also offers great flexibility when putting together - and maintaining - templates, including both text and custom HTML. Overall, if looking to manage lists and perform email broadcasts on a regular basis, it's hard to beat Brevo.

  • It would be beneficial to see all users who have unsubscribed in one place. It might be that the feature is available, just not easy to spot

I have not found a scenario where Brevo is unsuitable. Our use case was to send email newsletters out on a regular basis, while maintaining a database of contacts and Brevo has met that objective 100%. For organizations with similar requirements, there's a good chance that Brevo not only meets them but also does so at the lowest cost in the market.

We use Brevo to send emails in order to communicate important updates about our website with our user base. We have several million users, so we need a partner who is professional in sending large volumes of email, and offers a host of features to fine-tune the sending.
  • Quick helpdesk (answers within 24 hours, but typically 12).
  • A lot of options for professional sending, e.g. dedicated sender IP, A/B testing.
  • Detailed analytics for campaigns, e.g. open rate, click rate, etc.
  • Good price to value ratio.
  • Mobile editing of emails.
If you need to send large volumes of emails, you need to make sure you do it with the right partner or you may risk that your emails never reach the inbox of your recipients. Brevo helps you every step of the way, for example Brevo taught us that you can't just go ahead and send tens of thousands of emails or more, but you need to warm your dedicated IP first. They provide a detailed explanation of how it goes. So it's not just a provider but an educator as well.

And what a pleasure to discover that the basic option has permitted to begin slowly and very economically. Now I will turn to the Business options, I mean i need an CRM connected and the option to build landing pages to display at Google Ads. Everything since the form to had signups until the CRM are totally linked. Less headaches and more productivity. I am going forward.

I grow ip 2 lists of around 160 + 900 users on 2 sector of activity. Marketing and dating !
But the dating list is growing much more quickly , around 150 new sign ups and no worries.
Everything went smoothly. No worries to create quick forms and get the first sign up.

We've tried a lot of advertisement solutions, but Brevo is one of the most complete and is not expensive at all. I recently had an issue with a subscriber list and the support team was very helpful.

Almost every option that we were looking for were available at Brevo and will still be using the service hopefully for a lot of time.

I have used Brevo on several occasions to advertise or promote our products, social networks and events we have in the company. I have encountered a problem that the interface, despite having many good and accessible things, I consider that it is limited and does not allow me to do things, for example how to accommodate an image or a part of an image, also accommodate more font styles or options like bold, another thing is that when you arrange the email in PC size, it does not fit or adapt to mobile mode, so when viewed on mobile everything looks very big. It has been a very good tool, considering the basic plan without charge, but those things have made us think about whether to invest in a payment plan.

  • Easy to understand interface
  • The explanation and graphics are well understood
  • When you want to put only part of an image in a banner, it doesn't allow you to do so, and it's not easy to adjust
  • Have more text styles, for example, a letter like Montserrat can have extrabold, italic, etc., bold
  • Have more options like easily putting countdowns or widgets
It is appropriate when you want to communicate something or inform a few people about things about your company. Excellent tool for entrepreneurs and small businesses that do not have experience with this type of system. I don't find anything in which it is not recommended, I consider that it is actually good in any situation.

We use Brevo as a main email marketing tool to inform our customers on various investment EU and national opportunities. It proved to be a very helpful tool in reaching potential leads and increased also our sales. We had a very large database of emails and we had a problem on how to effectively manage them and use them as best and efficient as possible. Previously we have tried also other e-mail marketing platforms however the decision to use Brevo instead of them proved to be the best!!!

In my opinion Brevo could be applied in a vast amount of sectors and seems to be appropriate in any type of business segment.

Thanks to Brevo, we've opened the doors to a world of potential customers through email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. We hadn't used the last before and we're excited to open up to new communication solutions. We specialize in trade show solutions, including stands, counters, backings, and roll-ups. It's crucial for us to connect with potential customers at specific times throughout the year, especially when most events are likely to happen.

We are considering Sendinblue at the moment as our main program. Untill now we use it for our mailings by e-mail and whatsapp. We are waiting on current developent of SIB in the new conversations vs emailing.

Sendinblue is well suited for companies looking for mailing and contact management. The program is very easy to use and is fast and understandable. Recent developments added WhatsApp mailings, conversations, meetings to the program making it a more complete suite of tools. They need to get a finishing touch on their layout and workabillity to make this a really great tool. Although there are quite a few struggles to tackle for them we still think the program is worth looking at. In May this year their pricing and fee strategy will change.

We have been using Sendinblue as a reminder to our costumers. Once they are in our website, they will get a popup hosted by the store's company asking them if they would like to receive a descount coupom as a reward for exchange their email to receive our promos and if so, they agree to receive our marketing emails.

i guess for the one whos beginning sendinblue have great free options that can help to improve a lot of the sales, i feel bad when my emails are marked as spam but i guess its just the subject and not sendinblues fault. i have problems trying to make my templates on my iphone and ipad as well, its not very responsive

I help some people manage their communications with their free accounts. In particular, an association that deals with teacher training. They are not power users and most of them like the GUI to be in Italian. A greater interaction with Google Documents would be interesting, but maybe it is already possible with paid accounts?

We used SendinBlue to communicate, with a single email, the links for some lessons on ZOOM to subscribed contacts with a Google Form, it was challenging but it works! We have seen that there is the possibility of creating a custom form in Sendinblue for collecting contacts, but it turned out to be a bit more complex. The localization in different languages was very convenient, which allowed even the less experienced to set up the job.

We use Sendinblue to help our clients manage their email marketing, it is a very user friendly platform and my staff is able to create and implement emails with ease. Our clients are always looking for a cost effective way to achieve top of mind awareness and Sendinblue provides a great method to reach their customers on a regular basis.

Sendinblue is very easy to implement and our clients that outsource their sends to us, find that the time to create/send their emails is very minimal so they can afford to have us send on a regular schedule (weekly/monthly). Sendinblue is well suited for clients with large segmented email lists.
