We use Brevo to send bi-weekly mailings, monthly newsletter and even surveys to subscribers and non-subscribers too. We began using it a little but soon the whole team was aware of its potential, so now we use it every two weeks at least.
We need to measure our reach out to subscribers, to be sure if there's any mistaken email address or if there are less subscribers than last month.
  • Setting up and cloning templates in minutes
  • Sending out lots of emails and tracking them
  • Creating different lists and segments for easily organizing contacts
  • Scheduling Campaigns
  • Creating the templates: when you make the first upper title of the template, the tooling menu appears over the title, making impossible to write it if you don't move it below.
  • Segments and lists are cool, but also would be cool if you could create "Tags" to use and filter with contacts.
  • Clearer concepts would be helpful: I think having some concepts more clearly explained -"transactional emails"- and how they relate to other services would be benefical for new users.
If you need to send mailings, newsletters, or even surveys this is THE tool. It lets you scale and measure your reach out, it has an affordable pricing that you can upgrade to your needs, and it works fine with automation tools as Zapier.
This let us keep our subscribers' lists updated and accurate, without risks.

I have used Brevo on several occasions to advertise or promote our products, social networks and events we have in the company. I have encountered a problem that the interface, despite having many good and accessible things, I consider that it is limited and does not allow me to do things, for example how to accommodate an image or a part of an image, also accommodate more font styles or options like bold, another thing is that when you arrange the email in PC size, it does not fit or adapt to mobile mode, so when viewed on mobile everything looks very big. It has been a very good tool, considering the basic plan without charge, but those things have made us think about whether to invest in a payment plan.

  • When you want to put only part of an image in a banner, it doesn't allow you to do so, and it's not easy to adjust

It is appropriate when you want to communicate something or inform a few people about things about your company. Excellent tool for entrepreneurs and small businesses that do not have experience with this type of system. I don't find anything in which it is not recommended, I consider that it is actually good in any situation.

We use Sendinblue for emailing purposes : external and internal informative newsletters, new year greetings or invitations to events like webinars on retirement rights, core of our business. The creation of the newsletter is very easy with templates or by creating your own blocs of content, pictures ar easy to implement.

If you do not have the html skills to developp your own templates for emailings, Sendinblue is the answer to your problems ! It is very easy to create an emailing and add pieces to your creation depending on your needs, such as links, images, social networks or footers for example.

It is easy to use and the campaign return data is very easy to understand. I recommend Sendinblue. It's a real tool to help you on a daily basis and ensures excellent deliverability of your emails.

Sendinblue is perfect for sending an extensive mailing with images, videos, accompanied by text.On the other hand, Sendinblue is less interesting for sending a mailing with little information. I don't quite understand how to personalise the emails, I don't think it is explained very well.The helpdesk is fortunately very responsive and explains it clearly. Problems are quickly solved.

We send out monthly promotions to our distribution network. We have noticed a very low open rate for these emails. We wanted an alternate way to support these emails, so we wanted to initiate SMS marketing too. Send in Blue allows us to do both in a cohesive manner. Also, we utilize the landing pages with certain marketing campaigns. This is a function that I absolutely love! As we don't have websites for certain brands, this gives a web presence to direct customers to other than social media. There are many functions that I need to learn more about. As a former Constant Contact user, I was happy I made the switch.

I previously used the newsletter2go's service and switched to Sendinblue because of the option to keep different lists. I work in the crafts industry and I wanted the option that my customers can decide whether to sign up for specific newsletters for an extra event. Sendinblue is an easy-to-use newsletter system with lots of options even in the free price range. And it is GDPR compliant! I have had an excellent experience so far and can really recommend it.

PS: If you are new to it, I suggest taking the email-marketing-course on the Sendinblue Academy. I watched specific videos and they really helped set me up.

  • Easy to use editor with mobile responsiveness and setup of "sections" you can reuse.
  • Great tutorials in the Sendinblue Academy.
  • Forms from Sendinblue were hard to implement with great design into my WordPress site. But the Plugin did all I needed.
  • Missing signup for customers on my Payhip shop. As both are GDPR compliant companies specifically targeting German/EU companies, this would be awesome.

We use Seninblue to reach out to our donors to raise funds. We use it to keep our donors updated about the activities that we do using their money and inform them on how their money is being used for the cause of deafblindness. We also send them birthday and holiday wishes. It is being used across the whole organisation.

  • I have not used all the features, particularly the automation features, but I assume they will be useful and make work easier.
Any email marketing platform is useful in accomplishing marketing goals. However, the automation process should be very simple and user-friendly for people to understand and use properly. I am not sure how Sendinblue reacts to the Cold database. It should have something for cold database marketing.

Sendinblue is a software specialized mostly in the execution of email campaigns whose scope is almost unlimited as it works directly on the web. The best thing about it is that you don't need any kind of experience designing emails since the platform completely automates their creation, based on different general formats that are predetermined within the platform, although you can add as many formats as you want. Basically it is a marketing software that takes care of all the technical operations involved in sending emails and in this case it is done in a completely massive way, reaching hundreds of people if necessary. As far as news boards are concerned, it is excellent that the platform lets you choose a default template and customize it as much as necessary, so that it fits the campaign in question and the results are as expected. Starting from this point, you can create campaigns of all kinds of extensions in terms of content and type of content, proving to be one of the marketing automation services with the best capabilities to be extended. The work methodology based on sending sessions of different sizes is so comfortable that we can apply it in any kind of place, no matter if we are in the office or in the comfort of our homes, depending on the type of project we are developing and the type of customers we want to reach. Sendinblue adapts to the email formats used in other email automation services, such as mailchimp, with which it has an excellent interconnection, to the point that all emails generated in one platform can be used in the other, varying only in the distribution of mechanics that apply between one service and another.
  • Sendinblue does not require any type of installation, so it can be used directly from the web making the work much more ergonomic and achieving greater interactivity with emails, in fact the number of contacts with which the platform lets us work is completely unlimited and can reach thousands of people if you have purchased the right plan.
  • Depending on whether the paid version of the platform has not been purchased, it offers a reach of up to 300 emails per day completely free of charge to create really small campaigns, which serve as an excellent sample of everything the platform offers in terms of marketing generation.
  • After establishing the objective of the marketing campaign, depending on the scope that the plan offers (since in any case if you are going to work with larger campaigns it would be ideal to have one of the more advanced plans, which focus more on the number of people that could be gathered in a single mailing list), it is possible to create comparative reports between the results of previous campaigns, to ensure that the results are being as optimal as possible.
  • Sendinblue offers a quite advanced level management by its remote support team, which helped us to solve all the existing doubts regarding our dynamic content application capabilities within the platform, and that we can now exploit much more thanks to our contact with them.
  • Using Sendinblue for the programming and previous edition of emails has been very positive, mainly because it is the method with which we are better oriented in terms of the level of communication we maintain with customers, thanks to its reporting system that evaluates very often the quality of each interaction we have with them, thus enriching our models for future campaigns.
  • Sendinblue does not have search marketing features for search through website customers, which means that it is not good for tracking depending on the activity of our customers.
  • Something very bad about Sendinblue is that it allows to communicate with customers only through emails, without offering any possibilities to automate and synchronize interactions through text messages, phone calls and even with smart messages that serve mostly for time saving by the user, as it happens to be in some similar services, which means that Sendinblue is maybe one of the mail marketing services with less multi-channel capabilities.
  • It also does not automate much the synchronization functions with sales software which other services like mailjet, as they do not fully cover the need to do integrated email marketing campaigns once you are working with Sendinblue through its mailjet integration, and the sending data is not updated, so it is not possible to review the progress of the campaign from this platform.
Sendinblue works openly with transactional email for the case of sales operators, so it is quite good in the commercial area. Therefore we want to recommend it to be used by salespeople who need a fast service when sending and collecting information about sales transactions. Sendinblue could have a huge reach if you work not only from emails, but also from social networks, mostly because it adapts to different data collection formats, which ultimately serve to obtain more varied analytical reports regarding the type of audience you hope to reach, and the number of customers you want to establish as the main target of the campaign within these social networks. Since the platform shows a fairly high level of security, since from the beginning of its use there have not been any kind of mishaps with information leaks or losses based on accidents (which could lead to the termination of such meetings), it can also be said that it serves to keep the content of past campaigns protected without any intrusion as mentioned above.

With Sendinblue's internal customer evaluation system, it has been very quick to identify which potential customers are most likely to rent our product. This tool is excellent to delimit the type of target we want to reach through our marketing plans, and thus achieve not only more promising results, but also accurate results in relation to the profit margin we are trying to reach. In other words, Sendinblue is an exemplary service that serves not only to create automatic marketing, but also to create high-precision marketing plans for better profits. The re-targeting tools provided by Sendinblue offer a surprisingly high quality, which guarantees the ability to re-close deals with those who have stopped following the platform over time, showing them in a fully structured way the information of our campaign in a comfortable and flexible space. There are many interesting mechanics within Sendinblue that are useful to work with, such as the system for configuring actions triggered by certain events, which has helped us to send automatic emails after the customer meets certain parameters. It provides the possibility of adding customers to two types of lists: white and black. With this it is possible to know which are the customers with whom conflicts have developed and it is not feasible to work again, unlike the white list, where the information of the most reliable customers is saved.
  • Sendinblue's customer evaluation system is perhaps the most important point offered by the platform, since it serves to create delimitations regarding the type of customer that we plan to get for the company, and that can meet the payments corresponding to our work methodology. In other words, it can be moldable and adaptable to our sales style.
  • Sendinblue allows us to handle not only emails, but also several types of messages as an autoresponder once customers have contacted us, where we announce that the information has been properly received and that we will soon review the information and contact them directly, allowing them to become familiar with the company even during waiting times.
  • We have our own image library, where we can access different types of images depending on what we need for our specific campaign, or in any case, if we have already added an image to the Sendinblue platform that was not there by default, it is possible to access it again from the library.
  • The best thing about the support assistance offered by Sendinblue is that it is possible to receive answers from them at any time during the average working hours, in which we can receive Sendinblue usage data regarding doubts or conflicts we have at a technical level when developing some platform mechanics, and which have been easy to solve.
  • We are pleased with the fact that Sendinblue is such a good software for executing marketing plans. Sendinblue has managed to adapt to our needs as marketers by adapting to all the customer evaluation and follow-up operations we require in order to maintain an acceptable level of sales, and it's all thanks to the practicality of working within the platform.
  • We have not achieved the same quality of follow-up through our social networks as we have been able to do with emails, which presents a clear limitation in the development of social media, since social networks have become a very important point on which to focus effort since the last decade, and where there are difficulties in collecting feedback information and data from prospective customers.
  • There are several plug-ins that have been tested in conjunction with Sendinblue for the improvement of our online store with CMS tools in between, but the results were not satisfactory because most of them caused slowness when integrating, and because in some special cases, like Wordpress with Sendinblue, the Wordpress platform does not adapt to the analytics collection formats we want to apply for Sendinblue.
  • Like many platforms purely oriented to the development of email marketing, Sendinblue does not provide a good integration to platforms oriented to the execution of seminars and conferences, whose possibilities could greatly increase our communicational capacity regardless of the number of people we want to reach.
Sendinblue can be very helpful for editing email templates, even if you are creating only default templates for future marketing operations within the platform. Such draft emails can be saved in the cloud depending on their priority and length, and can also be freely re-edited afterwards. A scenario prone to occur when working only from the cloud is the loss of data under authentication or backup errors, but with the high level of security that Sendinblue provides there is no problem with this, since the level of synchronization platform uploads all the work to the cloud in real time, and offers several ways to recover it in case of loss. The emails are adaptable, which means that the format that is given to them at the time of sending the campaign will adapt to the type of software and screen that is being used on the client side, which proves an excellent responsive design.

It helps connect Sarah and her fans, and it helps her keep her fans up to date with her latest and greatest shows and music news. It also helps Sarah be perceived as a professional, business savvy industry artist, while also helping her market and maintain consistent communication with fans and colleagues.
  • I love how easy it is to design the emails. I don't have to be an HTML pro to make creative and clean emails to send to fans. I also love how you can drag and upload almost any photo including a logo in the header!
  • I love how the tools on the site help keep me organized. Anytime I sign up a new fan, SendinBlue automatically sends a welcome email custom created by me so it's automated yes, but personal and sincere.
  • Another strength is the folder option SendinBlue has for your contacts. Sometimes I may want to send an email to fans, and sometimes I just want to send an email to professional connections. Have the option to create folders helps a ton!
  • I love how you can send many emails for free on SendinBlue. One of the many reasons I didn't choose other mailing list sites was that I had to pay a fee after a trial, or after only a small number of messages. SendinBlue gets that not everyone can afford to pay a ton of money just to send mass emails.
  • I would really love if there were an input option for adding videos! I just released a music video and it would be so nice if fans could watch the video while reading the rest of the email instead of needing a new browser to be opened.
  • I would love new designs and features for the font and email layout options just to keep it fresh and fun!
  • It would be cool if SendinBlue could also team up with social media for sharing purposes. Often times I can share an Instagram post to Twitter and Facebook in one click. It would be cool if I could send from Instagram to my SenditBlue contacts!
I highly recommend it for any professional who uses email for business and to stay connected. It's even great if you need to send invites or news to many family and friends!

If you send emails or SMS messages to client lists, especially newsletters then I prefer SendinBlue to many other competitors as their pricing was simply better for the value. If you need RSS to Email where your Blog RSS Feed auto delivers to email subscribers then this service is not a fit as this feature is not supported. This service also doesn't have features to auto notify/send out an online newsletter to social media.

I am using SendinBlue to inform my 10,000 user email list about my life-style brand as a music producer and engineer, as well as sending emails to promote my online classes.
  • First off - you can't beat the price. Sending email shouldn't necessarily be a complicated procedure - most comparable services are 4x or even 5x the price. SendinBlue is affordable and still gets the job done.
  • List organization and management is extremely simple and intuitive.
  • Email templates are easy to create and even easier to reuse.
  • Even though the email template is simple, I did feel there were a few areas of functionality that could be easier. I found myself trying to get rid of a line or space here and there, or adjusting some cell-padding that just took too much of my time when creating emails from scratch.
  • This is going to sound a bit picky, but the social media icons are very blocky and limited in their style and appearance. SendinBlue is a great service, but the social media icons don't do it any favors.
  • I did notice a bit of a drop off in my open rates once I transferred from MailChimp to SendinBlue. This could potentially be due to the new email address or the new sender not being recognized, but just thought it was worth pointing out.
Again, can't beat the price. Very functional and easy to use and doesn't break the bank for small businesses.

We use SendinBlue to email a monthly newsletter to subscribers and to notify them of new house plans released at our website. It's also been useful in connecting subscribers to some of our social media pages, such as our Facebook page.
  • The email templates are good looking and there are multiple ways to build a campaign with them, such as HTML or drag an drop, which we use.
  • Previous campaigns can be "reused" for subsequent campaigns without having to rebuild templates. This is convenient for adding content and maintaining a particular look and feel to the mailings.
  • Testing a campaign prior to sending to subscribers is great and there's no chance of accidental mailings.
  • I think their "subscribe" HTML box could be improved. Being WordPress and Squarespace friendly and having responsive options for this would be great.
  • Perhaps better discussing certain aspects of my campaigns. For example, when someone "complains" about an email it would be nice to know what that means.
How successful are campaigns? Do emails get rejected en masse or do the majority make delivery? The answers for us are "very successful" and "yes, most emails make delivery."
