We use Sendoso for many different things within our organization including internal and external swag, customer gifts, brand awareness, eGiftcards, and even utilize their experience options. Sendoso has a wide variety of options to choose from, and you can even ship internationally. We are also able to track our sends and integrate the platform with Salesforce.

Sendoso is best used for not only internal employees but also external employees. You can brand just about anything to send around the country for coworkers, customers, or prospects. Additionally, they also have eGiftcards and experiences you can choose from as well. Experiences are great for a virtual team party or a celebration with a prospect or customer team.

In my organization Sendoso is used to promote [brand] awareness, reward our partners, customers, internal team, and prospects and show our appreciation through gifts. Sendoso makes sending materials digital and physical easier by storing those for us and taking out a logistics step for us.

If you are interested in finding unique gifts and experiences to gift to someone Sendoso is great at finding exactly what you need. Although on the other hand, Sendoso could use some work on communicating the accurate status of your sends at times [which] is mainly a 20% chance or lower of that being an issue so in most cases, you should not have a problem with your sends. Our company appreciates the partnership we [have] and Sendoso has been working on taking our feedback well.

Sendoso allows us to enable teams across the organization to personalize and own their sending experience. HR, Sales, Marketing, etc. all have independent access to the platform and individual budgets. This allows my team to track and manage what is working and what is not within the platform. We are also able to track the success of larger sends that have a greater sales or marketing purpose. We use this daily and the ability to send items from small e-gifts on a national coffee day to larger more personalized gifts to a prospect's home address. The versatility is great!

Overall, we love Sendoso. I think there is room for improvement on a larger scale sends for ABM campaigns and more targeted, strategic programs. The smaller one-off sends and personalization factor that Sendoso allows is fantastic. It has really enabled our teams to continue having a more personalized approach to selling during the pandemic where face-to-face traditional meetings, etc. are impossible. We have also utilized the tool internally, which has made our transition to a remote-based company easier and allows HR and managers to connect with employees in a fun and easy ways.

We use it for Sales and customer enablement, marketing initiatives, and in-person/virtual events. Sendoso lets us source neat and unique items that delight prospects and customers alike. We also use the eGifts quite a lot as a thank you gift or for lunch and learn type events. Love Sendoso!

I manage our Sendoso account and set up programs for sales development reps to help them get meetings and propel deals. I also use Sendoso for holiday gifting for partners and customers as well as gifting for internal employees. Finally, I use Sendoso for warehousing our event wearables, giveaways, and material that we use for onsite events.

Sendoso is great for sending gifts to internal employees and for eGifting in the United States. They could do a better job customizing the various emails that are sent on Sendoso's behalf for people to redeem gift cards and gifts. Their address confirmation could also be better and show people what you are trying to send them.

Sendoso is well suited for SDRs to use in cases where they have prospects who have been engaged with content and or emails in the past and you are using a gift to get them over the line and to a meeting. We have also had great success in using Sendoso as a part of our meeting confirmation process. Not the best for mass campaigning or prospecting to cold leads - you tend to lose money very quickly

Sendoso is a great tool for our marketing/sales department, as it allows us to send personalized gifts and eCards to prospects of ours. We use it pretty much daily, whether it's adding a coffee eGift to an e-mail or sending a piñata to a cold prospect's home address! We love the ability to surprise and delight prospects by sending direct mail to them at their home/office and including a personalized message - it makes all the difference!

I can't get enough of Sendoso nor can my team. I use Sendoso for two types of sends: ABM and 1:1 program. I enable our sales team to be able to use Sendoso on their own when talking to products. We set them up with access to certain products and a limited budget. The integration with Outreach makes it super simple for them to use. Automatic sends: Sendoso is a great way to drive registrations for an event. I often integrate Sendoso with Salesforce to trigger automatic sends upon event registration. You can also set it up to only send gifts to a certain segment of the list!

Our sales team is currently using Sendoso to create more engagement because Sendoso allows us to add a "human" touch vs feeling like a robot. One of the issues we were able to solve ever since we got it back in March is that we were able to see our pipeline creased dramatically. Having Sendoso in our tech stack is definitely a game-changer.

We use Sendoso to thank users for participating in events or exclusive roundtables. We also use it internally on special occasions like employee birthdays or to celebrate major wins.

We used Sendoso to send corporate gifts to top targets within the U.S. Gifts would either be sent to cold prospects to get their attention, or I would often send gifts as a "thank you for taking a meeting with me". We would send gifts ranging from $5 coffee cards to $100 items on Amazon. This tool was only used by the sales and marketing teams.

Sendoso is appropriate to use selectively before and during the sales process. Gifts help get the attention of prospects, and help keep them engaged after the first meeting. Sendoso is less appropriate for mass campaigns where hundreds of people are involved. I think it is best used in a strategic and targeted manner.

Since the pandemic started and business travel has been reduced, Sendoso has been a very effective tool in connecting with my clients. I really like the Amazon feature, it allows me to choose whatever I want to send my clients. Sendoso is reliable, easy to use, and has excellent customer service.

Sendoso is being used by our organization across a couple of our business units. For the organization I belong to, in the past, we used Sendoso to support our ABM efforts with small gift giving. It is now primarily focused for our customer advocacy program and how we support our brand ambassadors.

  • Simple but sophisticated reporting structure.
  • Site taxonomy can be better organized.
  • Not enough high level categories for different products.
  • Check out process is a bit clunky and too many steps.
This tool is appropriate for companies that have a need to send out products, whether it be gifts, samples, trials, etc. to potential prospects or current customers. Those who do not have an in-house inventory for storage and are always sending out items to different folks would benefit from Sendoso.

Sendoso was primarily used as a way for the marketing and PR teams to reach out to relevant schools and grab their attention. Like any business, our potential partner universities make it difficult to get the decision-maker and even harder to capture their attention. We leveraged Sendoso to get an edge on both of those things.

It is a great platform for connecting with people and offering them something for their business and attracting prospects who are in the sales pipeline. It is a great platform for our account-based marketing and is mainly used by us to nurture our MLE prospects.

My organization leverages Sendoso at various stages of the sales cycle and client lifecycle. We use it to prompt conversation, set meetings over coffee, and to re-engage with someone who may have gone silent. In active sales cycles, we've found multiple uses to stand out and even ease the fear of COVID coworkers (e.g., pets/kids who sometimes make an appearance). It's also kind of fun getting creative for each scenario! Sendoso helps our people be seen more as people in this remote age.
  • Has a wide range of gifts for any type of person, location, or occassion.
  • I love the self-verification feature for addresses since so many are working remotely now!
  • The sheer amount of ways Sendoso can impact a prospective or existing relationship is amazing.
  • The UI isn't that great for end users--I wish the tiles shown were pictures of the product instead of generic icons. It takes several clicks to view what the item is.
  • I wish there was a way to segment gifts by country. This would be helpful, as most of my clients are U.S. based, so sorting through extra items that may not be available makes it feel clunky and not as timely as it could be.
Sendoso is a must-have for prospecting, throughout the sales cycle, and even for existing client relationships. I think it's less appropriate if used in an apologetic way.
