In the beginning, we used Sendoso to facilitate eGifts for our virtual tradeshows. We have since worked on various projects with Sendoso, including attendee gift boxes for our virtual client conference. We also utilize the warehouse to store our inventory that was previously spread across many offices. We utilize it in mainly in the Marketing department, but we have users within sales/client engagement, product, and are exploring adding our HR team.

We have found that it provides us a great way to send both eGifts as well as utilize our inventory now that we are in a remote working environment. It was also super helpful to utilize Sendoso for our virtual client conference.

  • Elements of the interface to setup Touches could be improved so there is not so much scrolling on pages
  • It would be nice to have a reporting options that shows all "status" EXCEPT delivered; so you can review all of them (in the Analytics area)
  • Allowing users to edit all inventory (even those setup by Sendoso on client's behalf)
Sendoso is a great resource and partner for providing options for both eGifts, pre-set physical gift options, and storing/shipping your own inventory. We have found their service helpful with our needs for virtual tradeshows, client interactions, and our virtual client conference and plan to continue to utilize the partnership.

Since Covid has prevented the ability to wine and dine in person to build relationships and engagement, this has been an invaluable tool.

My sales team uses Sendoso to send out gifts to contacts at prospective customers. Our customer success team sends Sendoso gifts to thank our customers for being awesome and being our customers and the onboarding team sends gifts after a completed onboarding.

We use Sendoso across our sales and marketing teams to drive client and prospect engagement. Sendoso has been the center of our gifting strategy since COVID-19 and an incremental piece for online campaigns run through sales development, organized by marketing. For the most part, our team uses the gift card functionality.

  • There are lots of options for e-gifting giving teams the ability to be unique in campaigns.

  • Integration with Outreach calendar. We don't use Calendly.
I've seen the most amount of success with Sendoso when leveraging the platform to re-engage prospects with whom I have existing relationships. Cold outreach with Sendoso can be a hit or miss, mostly missing, but when a relationship already exists it has been very powerful in securing next steps or conversations in a sales cycle.

We use Sendoso to build relationships at all parts of the customer journey. In customer success, when we first get a new client, I often send some swag to get folks excited about using our product. When our customers have big life events (both happy and sad) I send customized gifts through Sendoso in order to celebrate or support them. If a customer speaks at an event or creates a marketing asset with us, we use it to send a thank you gift. In sales, we also use it in prospecting.

  • Easy to also send customized gifts based on your circumstance.
  • Address confirmation makes it easy for the recipient to confirm where to send it.
  • Trackable gifts.
  • Harder to send smaller quantities of things (like one pair of socks) because with fees it gets somewhat expensive.
Great for sending gifts to customers - super easy to pick out what you want and where to send it. You can give members of your team different amounts of $ to spend as well. I can see how much I have left and what I could get with it.

I can track the different things I've sent out from within Sendoso as well.

I know our sales team has had a lot of benefit as well in prospecting. Definitely gets people's attention!

Less appropriate might be a super customized gift. The way we at least have it configured - you can't connect with Etsy for example. Not sure if that's just us or all Sendoso accounts.

I love the scalability and easy use of Sendoso. We use it across the organization in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. I'm in Customer Success and we specifically use it to send gifts or thank-you's to customers per renewal, customer advocacy, to show appreciation, etc. It solves a few business problems for us. It helps us scale sending swag/gifts/thank-you's to our customers. It doesn't take the individual user much time to sent out a campaign of gifts. We sent out a large campaign for Christmas gifts to customers and it was a huge success.

  • Platform is amazing (training, help center, etc. is all easily accessible from the main page).
  • A bit pricy.
  • Must have individual licenses - so we can't have a ton of users - have to funnel up request to managers to execute per their license (which honestly works fine).
It's best suited to send out a large order of gifts. We can create a list or campaign of contacts with their name, address, phone number, etc. and consolidate that to 1 list. Then purchase our package of the gifts we want to send to our customers, then Sendoso takes care of the rest.

I think it's also good for 1 off situations. I have not personally used this feature but I believe the admin can add selective gifts or gift cards to your profile that you can send to prospects or contacts in a one-off basis.

Absolutely love the Sendoso Choice options so that the recipient can choose their own rewards.

Sendoso is our default Direct Marketing Platform. We use it for both e-Gift efforts as well as Direct Mail support, which as you can imagine has been incredibly important during the new remote work era. Sendoso has made it incredible easy and effective to include a direct-touch engagement aspect to our otherwise "virtual" events. Being able to "reach out and touch somebody" these days has allowed us to continue, and in some ways expand on, our direct marketing efforts with both prospects and existing customers.
  • Allow us to create thoughtful, custom marketing packages.
  • Leverage an incredible library of pre-existing products - both e-Gift and Direct physical products.
  • Customer Support! We have gotten so successful because of the great support and knowledge sharing we get from our Sendoso Team.
  • Integrate directly with our Marketing and Sales infrastructure.
  • Better budgetary management; allow for budget managers/users who do not need to run programs (separate user roles?).
  • Continue to improve integration with best-in-class platforms i.e. Marketo.
  • UI maturity - always work to make the UI better and easier to use.
  • Improve the charitable donations functionality - still too limited for some real-world use cases.
Well suited for B2B prospecting, as well as customer affinity programs where a direct touch can be effective.

We are heavy on ABM and Sendoso helps us build wonderful relationships through a wide variety of gifts. Their eGift selection is really helpful during the pandemic to make sure your touches are as personalized and meaningful. They are continuously improving their product and adding integrations which make campaigns fun to plan and execute.

Sendoso is a valuable tool in our marketing department to reach out to our prospects and existing customers. So much so that it has been implemented with our sales team as well. It is a great platform for connecting with people and offering them something for their acknowledgement and attention. Sendoso has the ability to do this on a larger scale for our big campaigns that reach hundreds and hundreds of people at a time.
  • The ability to personalize the messages I send to prospects.
  • The dashboard is easy to use.
  • The timely manner in which people receive the messages and gifts. Timing is everything!
  • How well it integrates with our CRM. This is huge in our department.
  • The way it shows up in Amazon ordering saves so much time and effort!
  • The organization of the status of Sendoso items that have been sent can be a little confusing. The list can get confusing to track.
  • More accessible information about the gifts being sent (i.e., images, quick detail).
I do a lot of micro-campaigning for events and webinars and like to reward my prospects for their participation. Sendoso is an incredible source for this. Sending them a gift card or a coffee mug is great, but being able to personalize the message and know when they receive it and open it makes the connecting with them at the right time that much easier and important. I can also take a list of 50 people who are attending a virtual Lunch & Learn event and send them all their UberEats gift cards in a few simple steps. Sendoso has been a huge ally in the world of virtual events, allowing me to get our attendees the gifts we promised and know when they receive them so that follow up phone call won't be awkward!

We use Sendoso mostly in the Sales dept. I think it is also used for the client success manager's accounts. I like it to help with booking sales meetings, sometimes a complimentary lunch or drink can make someone's day, especially in exchange for their time. I feel it helps with holding meetings and meeting attendance.

Sendoso is currently being used in my Demand Gen department to send prospects gift cards and gifts to incentivize them to set up a call/demo with us. Currently, it solves for the manual sending of gifts. Allowing myself and my colleagues to quickly and easily send out what we need to prospects as a one-off or bulk send.

  • Offering campaign ideas and use cases.
  • The address verification email could use some fine tuning to show where the gift is coming from.
  • Allowing for creation of more customized gift sending emails.

In my time using Sendoso, it has been fantastic to use for all kinds of gift sending. A few great examples of this include, being able to bulk send gift cards to webinar attendees following a webinar and sending customized boxed kits to prospects who request a demo and having the ability to confirm their address before sending.

We use Sendoso for our sales outreach. We offer lunches when a prospect accepts a meeting and we also offer a lunch for a meeting as a thank you for their time. The sales team primarily uses the Sendoso feature. We also use it as an extension within SalesLoft and Salesforce. Because of Covid, we aren’t able to do in-person lunches. Sendoso allows us to show our appreciation despite Covid not allowing us to be face-to-face. It’s a great gesture.

We've used Sendoso to encourage folks to join an event by sending a related kit. Additionally, we will follow up from meetings with e-gift options from Sendoso. Another option is for the inside sales team to request a first-time meeting by offering a gift. We're creative and the options are endless.

  • Quick send and easy to see if a gift has been opened.
  • Setup is easy.
  • Gets blocked in spam.
  • Custom from email would be best.
  • Get a URL for a persons gift ASAP, without sending a email.
It's hard to break the ice with the email that Sendoso sends from. Many times this is getting caught in the spam filters and the reps need to resend with the URL from their personal account.

Additionally, I've noticed folks are reluctant to redeem when they don't know the sender. Sometimes we need to follow up with 3 or 4 emails just to get a prospect to take a gift.

With experiences.<br>Whether dinner or a box of swag or even an "entertaining experience" - I feel Sendoso gives me a tool I can use to reach through the virtual barrier to my customer and build upon our relationship currency.

Sendoso is used to send gifts to potential clients, current clients, former clients, and employees of AG Adjustments. It is being used by the sales department. The business problem Sendoso addresses is that it is an easy application to send gifts when necessary. Sendoso also makes it easy to customize the gift to different people because of all of the options offered in the application.

Sendoso is a fantastic way to start, continue, and end conversations within the sales world. It may not seem like much, but there have been many times when my meetings are much less stressful because prospects appreciate the generosity of a gift card. If a person lives within international jurisdictions, sometimes the dollar or euro are not accepted forms of currency. This would not be an appropriate time to send a $5 Starbucks card.
