A very complete CRM. With this tool, our internal operations and speed in which we move increase a lot. Due to its versatility of functions we are able to optimize our opportunities to bring leads in the door for sales through marketing. I am for one a fan of the sales dialer integration. It makes my life easier being able to track all of the calls that I make each day. I would recommend to all as a sales and marketing tool.

Not all teams use the program. It has also been fundamentl for the sales team, structuring all the new clients. Looking all around the market, you will find SharpSpring, with a slightly different business model that can make some eye turn but after you understand you will love it. The fact that you can buy directly from agencies that know the product and already know your objectives and product, is brilliant since no one will understand more your client than their selves and you that is emerging on his market, some platform forces you to buy their onboarding package that in the end, you don't leave with much. A platform with that many features on the begging can be a little overwhelming, but with time, you understand the reason for each feature. I use them for lead management, campaign, sales pipeline, and don't feel that I am using their potential 100% already

For large businesses with more that 500 open sales leads at a time, it may not be appropriate since the sales pipeline has a max capacity of 500 opportunities. However, out of more than a dozen clients I have on the platform, 99% of them are extremely satisfied and find the platform easy to use and helpful to tracking ROI.

  • Nothing glaring but as with all SaaS offerings, as the product develops based on adding more and more features, the initial simplicity starts to get lost somewhat. Of course, there is a strong upside to this as well, so it's a trade-off.
Perfect for those looking for the functionality of larger, more established platforms - for less cost! In my opinion, companies with less than 100K contacts are an ideal fit. We have managed one with over 300K for a period without missing a beat, but I suspect companies with millions of contacts would want a more customizable solution (likely one that has been developed for them). We have also found the price-point well suited for entry-level marketing automation relative to competitors in the space.

Initially, we signed up for SharpSpring for our marketing automation platform. As we have learned more about the platform we have adopted it across the company and currently use the Contact Manager and Sales Pipeline for our sales and account management teams. For marketing, we use email, landing pages, dynamic forms, life of the lead, automated workflows, etc. While the individual tools are great, SharpSpring really comes to life when you use it across your entire company. The CRM is incredibly customizable and can be used across a variety of industries. Once set up, nearly everything can be used as a trigger for automation flows.
  • Marketing Automation - simple to use and effective.
  • Sales Pipeline - very customizable for any industry.
  • Customer Support - their team is very responsive and knowledgeable.
  • Email Marketing - Easy to use but powerful segmentation and dynamic content capabilities.
  • Dynamic Form Creation - simple to use and very powerful.
  • Landing page builder - It is okay but is very basic.
  • No native SMS or Push notification integration.
  • Reporting - their tools are limited and there isn't an easy way to send it to a different reporting suite.
Over the past several years, SharpSpring has become my preferred solution for small to medium businesses. It has probably 90% of the features that you'll find with the enterprise solutions and is much more intuitive than the competition. Additionally, they pretty much include all of their features in the price. There really aren't upsells or upgrades to get more features. Some tools are better than others. I really like the CRM, Email, & Marketing Automation components. The Landing Page builder is okay but very limited and doesn't take too well to custom HTML code. I probably wouldn't recommend SharpSpring for an enterprise-level customer because it isn't as customizable as many of the enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.
For the prices, features, and ease of use, it really is hard to beat.

I'm enjoying using it as being able to do everything in one platform as it makes life much easier and it's much more affordable than Hubspot. There are enough tools to keep the most experienced marketer busy to help attract leads through chat, emails, forms, landing pages, etc. to build an audience, re-market, or help troubleshoot sales funnel problems.
  • Support. The support team always reply same day, there is online chat (US times) too.
  • Implementing dynamic content that changes depending on the customer persona is cool.
  • The ability to create a clear sales funnel and track your client through the sales process is really easy and highlights areas where more work and focus might be needed in your sales process.
  • There are some definite bugs such as data fields 'locking' when creating a landing page and the later it becomes editable again.
  • the design side of emails and landing pages is not cohesive. So you have a limited range of fonts in forms but lots of customisation for colours for headings, then the reverse for landing pages.
  • Also, the onboarding process for Squarespace websites is different and this is not mentioned anywhere.
SharpSpring is great for marketing automation newbies and those looking to reduce the complexity of navigating a multitude of apps, introduce efficiency, analyzing customer behaviors, increasing audience sizes, and bringing more commercialism to their marketing efforts.

The user needs to set aside a good month, in the beginning, to get the most out of the software in the long run. There is plenty of support (make sure you budget for the paid support from SharpSpring), you just need to spend time using it and learning.

While I have been in marketing for 15+ years, I am just now bringing marketing, as a service, to our company. We currently have only two staff members involved in our marketing team, but we do have some very long-trusted freelancers helping us with various aspects of our marketing development.
  • Customer service is the best I've experienced from any company, ever.
  • The tool set is robust and relatively easy to use and understand.
  • Specifically, the level and ease of use of the automated job sets is outstanding.
  • Some of the email templates are tricky.
SharpSpring is perfect for any agency that wants to maximize its ability to offer services for its clients. It contains a robust set of very nicely built tools and systems. I would not recommend it for an agency that does not have someone who is willing and able to work the tool. While it is a fantastic tool, it does require human interaction to get it set up. Once it is set up, however, it will do so many things on its own. Automation!

We use SharpSpring ourselves and with clients for saws and marketing automation. It helps deliver targeting sales and marketing messages. It ensures we can manage every step in the sales funnel. Deliver highly professional collateral including emails, landing pages, blog posts and ads. We maximise return on investment thanks to the standard of the analytics. Effectively track and remarked site visitors. Manage sales teams efficiently.
  • The lead scoring and persona building are excellent.
  • The automation machine is powerful and easy to use.
  • The onboarding and support teams are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
  • There is an issue with social posting to Facebook mobile that is being worked on. This will deliver a better posting experience.
It is perfect for businesses considering a move to greater automation. It has complete sales and marketing functionality so can minimise the number of applications in a business's stack. If you are considering Hubspot etc I’d definitely include SharpSpring during your research as it’s functionality is so similar and it’s costs are so much less.

We use SharpSpring as our primary marketing platform and as a CRM. So all our sales and marketing staff use it. We run all our campaigns on it, including remarking. Earlier we had different software for CRM, email marketing, landing pages, and social media.We also did not have any way to utilize behavioral data in targeting our marketing efforts. SharpSpring replaced all those other tools we used and now we have all the marketing, sales, and behavioral data in one place. It makes it easier to see the impact of marketing and sales efforts and to report and target different audiences.

  • Very intuitive email marketing tools with easy personalization tools
  • Easy to customize: templated system, multiple types of custom fields + multiple sales pipelines
  • Multilingual support of the platform should be developed
  • Landing page features should be developed so that full websites could be built
  • Campaign management should include an integration to advertising networks (it now only covers remarking)
  • Social media features should be developed forward
  • Email wysiwyg tools behave weirdly on Safari
SharpSpring is definitely one of the best platforms when thinking about value for money. It suits small and mid-sized companies very well. Both sales and marketing should operate on SharpSpring without any separate systems, as the platform gives its full potential when the departments work together.

If your business is not able to grow due to capacity issues, then SharpSpring may not be worth your time.

SharpSpring is a powerful marketing automation tool that offers a wide range of features. Its real value is the competitive price, without being limited in terms of capabilities like some other lower-cost tools. Although a little harder to use than HubSpot, it is not that difficult to pick up, and provides a great platform for small and mid-sized companies in particular.
  • Good drag-and-drop platform for creating and editing emails that gives a lot of easy access to HTML code too.
  • Powerful automation features
  • Great social media posting capabilities
  • Excellent API making custom integrations easy.
  • Reporting is good, but definitely has room for improvement.
  • It's harder to learn than HubSpot (although easier than Marketo)
  • Understanding how to create an automation can be difficult.
SharpSpring is a great marketing automation and CRM system. Although not as easy to use as some, you learn the system pretty quickly and find that there is very little that it is not capable of delivering. SharpSpring is particularly good value-for-money, especially if you want the CRM and the marketing automation as there is no extra charge for the CRM.

SharpSpring is used in both the Marketing and Sales departments. It addresses our need for email automation, lead collection, landing page creation, and more. The main reason for purchasing SharpSpring was to be able to attribute sales to campaigns.
  • Support is quick, helpful, and friendly

I also suggest SharpSpring to clients that need a reliable and easy to build email platform to build multiple campaigns that us automation to keep constant contact with contacts that are entered into specific funnels.
