  • The tool set is robust and relatively easy to use and understand.
  • Specifically, the level and ease of use of the automated job sets is outstanding.
  • Some of the email templates are tricky.
SharpSpring is perfect for any agency that wants to maximize its ability to offer services for its clients. It contains a robust set of very nicely built tools and systems. I would not recommend it for an agency that does not have someone who is willing and able to work the tool. While it is a fantastic tool, it does require human interaction to get it set up. Once it is set up, however, it will do so many things on its own. Automation!

Pricing is great and well suited for any small or mid-sized business looking for a complete and affordable marketing automation software with a month to month pricing basis. Deliver highly professional collateral including emails, landing pages, blog posts and ads. We maximise return on investment thanks to the standard of the analytics. Effectively track and remarked site visitors. Manage sales teams efficiently.

  • There is an issue with social posting to Facebook mobile that is being worked on. This will deliver a better posting experience.
It is perfect for businesses considering a move to greater automation. It has complete sales and marketing functionality so can minimise the number of applications in a business's stack. If you are considering Hubspot etc I’d definitely include SharpSpring during your research as it’s functionality is so similar and it’s costs are so much less.

SharpSpring has become our primary marketing automation platform - we use it extensively for both our sales and marketing departments. We use the CRM daily to track and monitor our sales pipeline. We use the marketing functionality to manage all of our inbound and outbound campaigns to attract and engage new clients. We also use SharpSpring as a white label solution and extend the services to manage several of our clients marketing campaigns as well. SharpSpring is both an enabling solution for our business and also a recurring revenue driver for our business .

We use SharpSpring as our primary marketing platform and as a CRM. So all our sales and marketing staff use it. We run all our campaigns on it, including remarking. Earlier we had different software for CRM, email marketing, landing pages, and social media.We also did not have any way to utilize behavioral data in targeting our marketing efforts. SharpSpring replaced all those other tools we used and now we have all the marketing, sales, and behavioral data in one place. It makes it easier to see the impact of marketing and sales efforts and to report and target different audiences.

SharpSpring is a powerful marketing automation tool that offers a wide range of features. Its real value is the competitive price, without being limited in terms of capabilities like some other lower-cost tools. Although a little harder to use than HubSpot, it is not that difficult to pick up, and provides a great platform for small and mid-sized companies in particular.

SharpSpring is a great marketing automation and CRM system. Although not as easy to use as some, you learn the system pretty quickly and find that there is very little that it is not capable of delivering. SharpSpring is particularly good value-for-money, especially if you want the CRM and the marketing automation as there is no extra charge for the CRM.

Being that I talk to clients that run medical clinics with large amounts of contacts, I suggest and sale SharpSpring to all my clients for easy to use CRM solutions that integrated a sales tracker to monitor and track the progression of leads.

I also suggest SharpSpring to clients that need a reliable and easy to build email platform to build multiple campaigns that us automation to keep constant contact with contacts that are entered into specific funnels.

Knowing what’s working and where we need to pivot is key to optimizing our efforts and gaining a positive ROI. SharpSpring definitely provides the tools to succeed. We have seen that many businesses fail to track the valuable insights and analytics that SharpSpring provides and therefore waste a lot of time and money.

  • Chatbot workflows are also simple to set up and can be set up to qualify a lead for you.

We use a lot of automation to connect sales efforts with marketing to great effect. Our clients really love the VisitorID tool, which gives them a behind-the-curtain view of who is visiting their website. This has been a nice way to a cold prospect.

SharpSpring is great for its price. Loaded with lots of useful tools and has satisfied just about every client we've implemented it for. We've used it for eCommerce clients, chambers of commerce, brick-and-mortar stores, IT companies, and many more and have always been able to tailor the platform to the needs of the client, which is very important.

SharpSpring is currently the marketing and communications management system for our company. I made the decision to implement it when I decided that my marketing strategy would be 100% digital-based. Then came the pandemic, the coronavirus, and as if it had intuited it, SharpSpring became the engine of the new way of interacting with our customers.
  • Email marketing

  • Customer journey for clients and leads
  • Internal automations (collaborator birthdays and notifications for internal marketing)
  • You must have the advice of the SharpSpring team--it is not so intuitive, but they are the best at accompanying the client.
  • There may be more content available to explain processes (e.g., how to make an automated webinar--communications and different stages--in a video).
  • They could be more available to other APIs, for example Typeform.
I recommend it regularly. I found that what I do with SharpSpring inspires my colleagues. I recently did a diploma in digital marketing at UC de Chile. There was a course on viewing big data, CRM, and the consumer journey, and no colleagues had implemented them. Talking about my experience with this tool and seeing the interest even from my teacher let me know that I made a good decision.

SharpSpring is being used across the organization. It addresses customer management, customer retention, social posting, increased customer touch points and sales/ project management. It has increased productivity and sales within our organization.
  • Crm, with custom fields that can be customized per organization
  • Sales pipelines, which lets you track an opportunity along the sales process. Can implement automation with tasks creation, emails to prospect and notifications
  • Email marketing with easy to use email builder. Campaigns can be sent out manually or automatically. Can also be used for templated emails to send to contacts.
  • The landing page builder is a bit hard to use. Doesn’t have much flexibility.
  • Sometimes confusing between types of workflows to use. Opportunity versus visual.
  • If you imported contacts that weren’t formatted correctly. It is hard to delete a bull amount. Need to type DELETE for each one manually. No bull options to make changes.
SharpSpring would work really well with a team of salespeople because tasks can be assigned to each user of the system. The sales pipelines gives a visual of where prospects are in the sales process. SharpSpring is less appropriate when sales is not a large part of the organization or not every user is up for using the system.

We use SharpSpring to market our own services as well as for our clients. Any platform that we use has to work with B2B as well as B2C. We need to be able to scale up with a longer sales cycle using content marketing to nurture leads, whereas our clients have a shorter cycle based on promotion and advertising. The email part of the platform helps us to direct content that converts prospects to clients as we see what they are interested in by seeing what they respond to through the life of the lead feature of SharpSpring.

For our clients Sharpspring answers these questions which are problem areas for agencies:
  • What is the sequence of content that was consumed to win a sale?
  • What is the cost of getting a new customer?
  • What is the correct attribution for the lead?
  • Where is the accountability for the win or loss of a sale?
We now know the exact sequence of content to feed a contact based on the avatar. We are able to dynamically create a workflow that is personalized and reflects how the content consumed and by medium.

We know the media mix of organic and paid that converts contacts to leads, and leads to customers.

We use different attribution models to account for the lead.

With lead-scoring, only the leads that have been nurtured and primed for a salesperson are moved into the opportunity part of the sales pipeline.

  • Onboarding is easy for us as well as clients. Not a hassle for them.
  • Integrates smoothly with client CRM. This helps to close more sales and increases retention.
  • Visual flowchart for planning makes it easier to plan, communicate and implement things such automation processes.
  • Email having after the click tracking, keeps us informed of how out nurturing campaigns are working and what to change.
  • Advanced lead scoring to keep focused on the right things at the right time in the funnel process.
  • Lead funnel builder with Webex integration saves us time and money in getting a perfect funnel that integrates with the site perfectly.
  • Social activity history of the lead is something that gives us a real-time assessment of what is working in social media.
  • Onboarding can be overwhelming if you try to onboard without using materials and coaching provided. (Yes, that's me.) This is a robust platform and there is a lot of information to take in and get acquainted with to get the full effectiveness of the platform. You're going to be eager to start but take your time.
  • Patience required. There is a tendency to rush in to get started right away having seen the promise. SharpSpring provides high quality onboarding coaches for 60 days so nothing is missed.
Anything that requires lead nurturing or is a longer sales cycle is well suited for this platform. Working primarily with law firms we have to generate retainers that require building trust and authority. Although we have loads of content, being able to direct the most relevant content to prospects at the right time is important. Being able to get a read on what content differentiates and segments the audience helps us focus ad spending on the right audience.

This is a great dual-purpose platform meaning B2B and B2C. It has the marketing chops of HubSpot and Insfusionsoft and the enterprise sales chops of Salesforce at an affordable price point.

We use SharpSpring for both CRM and Marketing purposes. We also conduct digital marketing campaigns and support mainly marketing and sales. I like that the software can serve two purposes such as digital marketing, lead scoring and sales funnel management. I have used other software however like how intuitive the software platform is when using SharpSpring.
  • It is very good at tracking lead activities so one can see the history of where contacts go on our website
  • It is a very organized CRM that flows and is easy to understand
  • The software benefits are great as it services multiple needs such as marketing and CRM solutions
  • I would like a way in which one could book mark a contact as favorites
  • It would also be nice to have sent email added not just left a voice mail or contacted or no answer
  • Maybe have a little more color graphs when it comes to the anayltics
It is very good for tracking contacts that show certain interest. The software is very easy to navigate through. It integrates well with other software platforms. It is reasonably prices vs other CRM and Digital Marketing software platforms. I would recommend SharpSpring to others.
The customer service department has been real helpful for all our needs.

We are using Sharpspring in house for our own marketing and as an Agency and reseller to other companies. We have few clients, part of them are operating SharpSpring in-house, for others we are outsourced agency. We love ShaprSpring as there is no need for using other marketing software. Even remarketing campaigns are managed from SharpSpring.

Although SharpSpring can offer more good-looking templates (landing and email) and add some more feature in social media module it is more important that it can serve an agency needs almost 100%. We don't use any other marketing software and are teaching our clients to simplify what they can. That way they can manage more with less effort.

SharpSpring is currently used for weekly, monthly and urgent communications. This platform allows us to send messages to our clients on a regular basis and allows tracking reports for receipt as well as problem solving.

SharpSpring is used in the company mostly to gather leads and send newsletter and specific emails to leads and opportunities. We are looking forward to creating workflows with plenty of content once we have all the content we need. We are looking to have a more visibility into our leads and clients.

SharpSpring is a great tool because it centers a lot of marketing and sales activities into one platform that allows you to have the information linked together and easily accessible. That being said, it does have some issues that are slightly frustrating (as all MA systems tend to have) that would help boost the tool and unfortunately don't get addressed, like improving sections and assets that a lot of users have issues with. Overall, think it provides a good price/quality service.

I am one of a 25+ sales team that uses SharpSpring at the direction of our company owners. They control and decide how we use the features of SharpSpring. We are using it to do "digital marketing and sales" and, for me personally, a CRM.
  • I use the "launchpad" daily to monitor my customer's activity.
  • Keep track of all my contacts and their relevant profile information.
  • Select "custom fields" to target specific contacts for specific "campaigns" we have going on.
  • I'm not sure this is an issue for SharpSpring but I would like "permission" from my system admin to be able to run more "reports" to make it easier to sort and analyze my contacts and their activity.
Well suited for use as a CRM and for digital marketing.
