Before SharpSpring we looked into both HubSpot and Infusionsoft but SharpSpring is the best solution for us. Worth every penny and more. We are also using Active Campaign for clients that only need email marketing, but if they want more then we convert them to Sharpspring.

SharpSpring, for the price, is preferred over HubSpot and Pardot. I prefer SharpSpring to Infusionsoft/Keap for the ability to load media, track users and granular lead scoring.

SharpSpring has all of the functionality of HubSpot at a fraction of the cost. I used HubSpot at a previous position but I have found that I can do everything I want to do in SharpSpring without having to pay a fortune.

SharpSpring also offers significantly more functionality than Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

I found SharpSpring to be the easiest CRM to use. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the easiest to learn and use, I'd give Salesforce a 1, SharpSpring a 5 and the others fall in between. It's customizable, it's easy to update leads, and most of all there are no quirky error messages that take a technician to interpret.

We use different CRMs for different clients, mostly due to budget and other requirements. SharpSpring from Constant Contact is in the middle, price-wise, but is slightly more user-friendly than ActiveCampaign when it comes to certain things, such as drip campaigns and workflows. Though the price can be prohibitive to some clients, it is extremely robust. I definitely prefer the list-building, the ability to send smart emails and the WYSIWYG editor.

Immediately prior to SharpSpring, we had Leadfeeder for a year. It was very easy to use and priced well. But the accuracy of the web guests was not up to the standard I needed. We liked having contact information available for people within the companies that visited our site, but there were some shortcomings with that.

Prior to SharpSpring we used HubSpot for three years and Pardot for three years. Pardot had a better email program. The logic flow was very easy to use and I could set up conditions where if someone didn't open an email after x amount of time, I could take another action. My email reporting in Pardot was far superior. That said, I fired Pardot and am using SharpSpring.

We also spent three years with HubSpot. That was our first foray into marketing automation. We outgrew it and went to Pardot because I was looking for a CRM as well. I explored going back to either HubSpot or Pardot but selected SharpSpring because it was the best overall solution. I also looked at Lead Forensics. At first glance, Lead Forensics opportunity and pipeline tracker seemed similar to SharpSpring, but it wasn't.

SharpSpring doesn't quite live up to HubSpot in terms of the intricacies of its features. But what it does, when compared to the cost of using other premium marketing automation systems, it does well to help meet marketing objectives. Providing your technology stack is configured so that all of your digital needs are covered by other more native products rather than an all-in-one solution (such as GA for analytics), you wouldn't have to rely on SharpSpring for everything.

We experienced working with other platforms in our team, reviewing and testing, in order to find the one that would optimize our workflows the most. Some of these were completely new to me (Sharpspring was one of them), but I had previous experiences with platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot Marketing Hub. I was very excited to work with Sharpspring, however, a few of my colleagues were fearful that they were overselling their own capabilities. As we tested and reviewed Sharpspring, we all agreed that it was the best platform to cater to our needs, due to the fact that it's highly customizable. Of course, it was much more effective than the other previous platforms we experienced.

SharpSpring has way more robust marketing automation features. The only plus for Salesforce is the ability to run a report for conversations had this week and make it easy to pull up those advertiser cards. SharpSpring has a big advantage over Salesforce as far as persona segmentation and insight into interactions on the website.

The dynamic content of the email and landing pages gives SharpSpring an edge over most tools at this allows us to use the workflows to send personalized content to our clients. The sales CRM within SharpSpring scores the leads which not only pre-qualifies the leads but allow campaign managers to optimize campaigns so the quality of the leads is always improved.

The platform is much more flexible. SharpSpring's client/support team is one of the best I have encountered. As a platform user, you are kept in the loop as if you are a part of their internal team. This level of transparency is something you won't find elsewhere. It's the type of customer service that feels like your questions can turn into solutions by simply chatting with one of their team. When you read that it is an All-in-One Marketing Platform, it completely lives up to that claim.

Primary factors were value (system capabilities for the cost) and the agency-friendly philosophy of SharpSpring. Agencies own the client relationship, which was very important for us. From the beginning, we also found the people at SharpSpring were wonderful to work with and that has continued over the past 5 years.
