I know that by using SharpSpring I can access automated marketing services at a lower price point than my competitors for my business as well as my clients. I can stand by the platform because I use it to build my business, and am confident it the platform to deliver for my clients.

This platform is full of benefits to accelerate the growth of any company, especially SMEs due to their ability to integrate with existing systems such as ERPs. As well as, to develop better management at a commercial level. Its use must be indispensable in this area for the good treatment of the opportunities that show interest in our product.

If it were up to me, we would not renew SharpSpring... It has progressively become more and more expensive, new features are bug ridden and older features do not always work as promised. There are better, more stable solutions out there at comparable pricing. If there is ANY sort of complexity involved in lead generation/CRM I would suggest you give SharpSpring a miss.

SharpSpring is marketing automation at its finest, enabling us to create “drip” campaigns, automate sales follow-up, track results and optimize based on results. It integrates with more powerful CRMs is required but for small businesses who cannot afford another system, SharpSprings CRM with pipeline management, tracking, and reporting is definitely good enough. It has enabled clients to not lose leads and increase sales volume and velocity.

We’ve saved time and money already switching to SharpSpring, it’s not been a full year yet, but I anticipate even more of an ROI in year two when we reuse what we’ve built. We have not seen a negative impact at this time. If you need to save time, SharpSpring could be your answer.

So far it's been easy to use, and their customer support is terrific. We're getting a good return on our money. I believe it's the best choice for small and mid-sized B2B clients. Technology and manufacturing companies in the emerging and growth stages can easily get burned with sales and marketing automation platforms. SharpSpring is the real deal, and I love the fact that it's month-to-month, with no contracts.

It's the only product that meets the needs of our clients. It is also highly adaptable. If a client wants to use a particular feature not offered by SharpSpring, it is very easy to integrate a complementary third party tool into the flow.

It delivers everything it promised and more. SharpSpring is marketing automation transformed. Easy to use, affordable and well supported. Many of our clients will become dependent on the information SharpSpring provides for their marketing initiatives and we are confident they will be there for the long run. When some of the over-funded 'big names' flame out, SharpSpring will be the clear choice for small business users.

They are the best choice for me and I could use any system I want because I know how to build and pilot these solutions. I love SharpSpring and plan to be a long-term partner with them. My customers love SharpSpring so far, but I must admit not everybody is as disciplined as they can be to drive the real ROI. If you buy a Ferrari or your dream race car and don't get training or use it on a track, pay pros to coach and train you, how will you get the silly car to perform well?

Having been recently acquired by SMTP, a new series of updates are coming that I'm genuinely looking forward to! It means that I'll be having a busy new year, but soon we'll be able to do things such as creating dynamic e-mails based on customer behaviour, similar to what people would receive in terms of product recommendations from Amazon. This would be based on more than simply information received from form responses, but as well web behaviour, which is incredibly powerful when dealing with the sort of purchases that we reside over. Anything we can do to drive a prospective buyer from home, to a sales centre, is welcome! And if this works, there is no doubt we will be renewing.
