SharpSpring is on the verge of becoming a powerhouse app. That assumes they can fix the functional issues that currently slow users. Once they fix the performance issues, the user base will be more vocal about driving new business to SharpSpring. The tech support is fast and they can usually solve the issues quickly.

It is a huge app. It takes time to really learn it so it is in your fingers. Once you get it, you're good.

I think it's an 8.5. Overall, there are so many features and tools to use in the software to get your ROI. It just needs a bit of updating in areas to ensure consistency and ironing out bugs.

We haven't had any usability issues with SharpSpring and they have so far thought of everything we've needed. We initially thought the Task Manager could be upgraded but then they came out with an update just a few weeks later that solved all of the issues and added additional features that we never even thought of. The software has been easy to use and we are very happy with it.

I give this rating because of the exceptional services that the platform provides for the fee it charges. No other software comes even close to offering the range of products that SharpSpring does at the same price. It has transformed our companies marketing strategy and deliverables and I would highly recommend it to other professionals.

A customer initiative system especially once all the formal training is completed on the platform. I did try to learn on the fly, but going back and completing the training ensured I got the most out of the system. The navigation of the site was easy enough to learn and teach other less frequent users who became comfortable very quickly.

This rating is coming from an administrative perspective. With so many features, workflows, dashboards, and more, there is certainly a lot going on, and even the most savvy software user can get a little overwhelmed when trying to decide how to best implement and utilize the platform to its full potential. That being said, the SharpSpring platform is well-implemented and well-organized, with most solutions being fairly intuitive, once you have a grasp of the software. It is fairly easy to learn, but difficult to master. Just like any powerful platform, however, the complexity is worth it, and once you are comfortable navigating and problem solving within SharpSpring, it becomes a great marketing and sales tool which can do virtually anything you need it to.

Overall the usability is good, and we can find things very easily, but because SharpSpring is a very complete solution and has a lot of functions, those functions was included throughout time and don't have the best usability yet. It is very easy to use, but it can improve the usability a lot though.

As a product designer myself, I understand there are a few improvements to be constantly done here. In my case, the email and page builder experience still has a lot to improve. I do enjoy the reports and contact management tools so overall it's a great tool. That consolidates several features in one service so to me it's worth the investment.

Overall the functionality of SharpSpring is very good. Some aspects could be improved to facilitate usability, such as the landing page and the newsletter. Some people on the team who do not use the system on a daily basis have a little difficulty finding some more specific functions and often need assistance.

SharpSpring is pretty intuitive. The interface and UI/UX is acceptable. There could be some minor improvements but overall it works for us and for our clients. Anyone can go in and use the system. However, you would have to take the time to go in and learn about the other features that are more complex - like even triggers. If you aren't a developer, then it might take some time to learn it.

Overall, I would give SharpSpring an "A" for overall usability. We have only been using SharpSpring for a little less than a year but couldn't imagine going back to using anything else. I highly recommend SharpSpring to any agencies looking for a new CRM or an Automated Marketing Platform. Our entire team uses SharpSpring on a regular basis and we couldn't be happier.

Once the software was implemented with our rep's help it really was easy to use. It might take a little getting used to. Make sure you take really good notes. It's as easy as any other marketing software I have ever used. Including the WAY more expensive ones.

I am an old guy and I figured it out without having to crack open a lot of tutorials. Just like with every platform, the engineers find something to do, they add some new feature at no extra cost, and you have to figure that out. So I have to figure out where the switches went. Needless to say, that is the biggest beef I have--trying to keep up with their intense pace of innovation and product improvement.

The email builder alone makes it a nightmare to use for most deployments.
