Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

As someone with no experience in Business Intelligence tools, but with moderate experience with spreadsheets, Sigma was a very easy transition. I've found it very straightforward and usable, especially compared to other tools which may require custom coding, or have a steep learning curve. Many of the functions are familiar to both people familiar with SQL and with spreadsheets

Overall the platform is easy to use and hast 90% of desired features, however it is still early stage and some critical features from earlier versions were temporarily removed while the new version was being rolled out.

The spreadsheet UI is very easy to use. It was easy to onboard and integrate with our existing data warehouse. Availability of robust analytic functions and features.

UI may need some improvements. Sometimes it's not intuitive enough. Perhaps, new user needs some walkthrough / guide first time he/she logs in.

It has a clean and modern interface. However, it is not completely intuitive. I think it would be better and easier to navigate with more Windows style drop down menus and/or tabls. There is a significant learning curve, but that may be due in part to the technical nature of this type of software tool.

Sigma Computing is very user friendly when set up; navigating data is clean and easy. The tool lacks advanced options that are easily accessible. The main drawback is the lack of choice around chart format and other general formatting that presently requires the data to be exported. Overall it is good, though, compared to other products.

Sigma is a modern business intelligence (BI) and analytics application built for the cloud. Sigma provides live access to cloud data warehouses using an intuitive spreadsheet interface empowering business experts to ask more of their data. Sigma is self-service analytics as it was meant to be.

Even being distant from the Futures Team, I am able to step in and analyze the dashboards and make changes as if I were a pro. It seems fairly easy to understand even if you aren't trained in extensive platform building or data architecture.

I use Sigma in my daily finance and accounting functions. I find that Sigma is pretty easy to use. There are certain reports that I used to email out to the Executives on a weekly basis. Since we have onboarded Sigma, the standard reports are auto emailed out on a weekly basis at a prescheduled time.

It opens up a world of reporting and analysis to the greater population of employees, all without the need to understand/be proficient in query languages. Overall, if a user has even a basic understanding of popular Excel functions, they'll see value in Sigma. The usability score drops from an 8 or 9 as the UI color palette make finding objects somewhat difficult. This has been the #1 negative feedback we've received from new-to-Sigma user and greatest barrier to quick adoption by those that currently use other tools.
