SignNow- intuitive digital signature service that is a solid value compared to other solutions
- Very easy to set up fields whether it's a signature, date, text box, text box for a template to be used in a contract
- Allows you to create a link for a template that others can sign
- Allows you to prioritize who signs first which allows you to have a good workflow.
- Walks you through every step of the signing process.
- It might do this but to intergrate contacts lists whether from Outlook or other email provides like Gmail and Yahoo.com
- Perhaps add videos to walk people through more complex features
- Add a learning module to introduce features that will allow more complex uses.

SignNow improved my team's efficiency
- Easy to use
- Well organized
- Gives teams the ability to access shared templates which saves time
- Flexible send options make it a great fit in any situation needing a signature
- When using shared templates, the option to rename the document is at the bottom of the signatures page. I would like that to be visible sooner as some of my team misses it and sends documents to clients with the templated name instead of the correct name because they forgot to scroll down far enough to see it.
- CC'ed contacts used to show suggestions as you typed the email if you've sent that person a document before, but that functionality no longer shows on our account. I'd like to see that brought back.
- It would be nice if we could add folders to our documents page so that we could sort sent and signed documents into individual client folders. The search feature works fine, but folders would help clean up the view for my team.

Why I "Signed Now"
- Organizes templates into folders
- Sorts documents based off of 'most recent'
- Notified us when a document has been signed, and shows us when a document is still pending
- The bulk signing feature is a bit confusing to utilize
- Sometimes, there is a glitch and the signature fields don't "save"
- The text box only decreases to a certain size, and it sometimes makes the final result scattered and hard to view

Great and Cheaper Alternative to DocuSign

- Can add texts to PDF documents so you don't need to re-upload
- integrations with Zapier
- Cheaper than Docusign
- SIgnNow API is extremely expensive (However still cheaper than Docusign)
- The "text" feature to invite a recipient is not good at all. Text cannot be adjusted as of now
- Wish you could reorganize pages within a document. Currently you can only delete the page when editing templates/documents

- It has a smooth and faster interface. It's easier to upload, download, and share documents with staff faster.
- By dragging or moving, you can easily add new fields and e-sign that I love it!
- I didn't find any complicated issues yet. Everything's going fine until now.
