The best thing about Sisense has been its ability to be easily shared and disseminated throughout the organization. After connecting the core data points users do not have a hard time getting access to what we want them to have access to or to be able to build reports that they need. While there are still limitations on automated alerting basic reporting, basic daily reports and data accessibility is far greater then any other tool we have used or evaluated.

Though it is possible to share dashboards and even collaborate on design and filtering, it's not intuitively clear what changes are limited to what you're doing and what changes will be transferred to who you're sharing the dashboard with. It ends up requiring a guess and check cycle with lots of communication to get a collaborative dashboard correct.

We were pulling in data from 3 different departments to demo how well each would be able to not only utilize the tool for their own purposes but also to test how well the system worked with disparate data sources. We were pleasantly surprised when the system was able to pull in data from these different sources without jeopardizing speed or reliability.

Sisense is a strong platform that can allow your to reduce the impact and complex access control list by delegating the access so granular that every single user can be assigned to perform an specific task without disruption during the data consistency check, allows to share and assign a follow up task for every team that is involved in the creation and development process, its formatting and report distribution is flexible and can be monitored using the web interface and allows you to have an enhanced secure environment for your Big data analysis projects.

Sharing is done in one click. The sharer can set who can modify, who can read and even transfer ownership of the dashboard. It is easy to share a dashboard and to continue to work on newer versions. The person who get access to dashboards have multiple ways to interact with it: - drill anywhere - click to select - activate/deactivate KPIs in visualization - activate/deactivate/modify filters The owner of the dashboard can set up what a viewer can and can't do with a shared dashboard.

Easily share, manage and migrate dashboards and elasticubes across servers.

Allows you to share the same dashboards to multilple customers and consumers while applying data restrictions so different users see different data using the same dashboards and the same data-sources.

Natively and easily share reports using emails, PDFs, or URLs to the dashboards themselves on the system.

Publishing changes is push button simple. Managing cube access is pretty easy if you manage users and groups as you expand. Finer grain security takes a little more work, but can be automated with tables. It's important to train your users and publish digests or updates of changes so they don't lose track.
