Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

It's very well suited to compete against the "big players" in the video conferencing world. Even as it relates to "normal" Skype, it does a lot more, and a lot better. It might cost a bit more, but it seems to really work well when we get it going with a larger group for bigger presentations.

Easier integration than some, but unlike Google Hangouts, it is not free. We chose Skype for Business because of the easier integration and simplified licensing when bundled with Office365.

I personally like to use Slack for quick meetings with my colleagues. It feels intuitive, fast, and has good screen-sharing functionality. Google Hangouts is another similar tool that I have used. It has worked well and I have not had any problems with it.

We as a company are just beginning to use Slack. Since the company is so integrated with Office 365, it only made sense to incorporate Skype for Business. While the online chat features may not be as strong as other products like Slack, it does make up for it with its strong audio and video conference call capabilities.

I really prefer Google Hangouts, but some clients only use Microsoft Software. I use Skype for business to communicate with them as an alternative, but if I could, I would choose Hangouts, as I'm more used to that tool and feel it's much more intuitive and works better in cases of bad internet connection (where I live internet doesn't work perfectly all the time).

SfB has some features that WebEx/Jabber doesn't, like the aforementioned recording, saved chats, etc. But, it was extremely rare that Webex or Jabber didn't work whereas SfB issues are weekly or daily. I really miss using WebEx and Jabber over Skype.

Before Skype for Business, we were using Skype and we needed more. At that time, Skype didn't have screen sharing capabilities and had some quality issues with audio and video conferencing. When we started using Lync, the difference in the quality of audio alone was so big that we couldn't believe it.

Microsoft Skype for Business has a friendly interface, besides being much more in account than other programs, it is very easy to implement and synchronize with each login inside the active directory. Skype has been easily implemented and has been in production for more than 5 years.

Skype for Business has a simpler interface and is easy to understand.

Microsoft Teams is a software that has a more polluted interface, which if the user does not have experience with, they will need training to use it.

I used Team Speak, but it is completely different from Skype For Business. You need a server to use Team Speak. Its software is only for voice calls and messaging, but its message system is really complicated. Skype For Business is really better than Team Speak in all aspects, I think.

Skype for Business is more powerful yet easy to use. Has a better sound and picture quality. It does not need to be installed each time you get an invitation. You can use an external audio device or built-in devices. You can control another person's computer or give control of your computer for troubleshooting.

Previously, we had cisco WebEx as our communication software, but after using Skype for Business we feel that a lot of things can be achieved through this software. The most used feature of Skype is screen sharing which allows presenting our screen to our clients to show them the outputs. The audio and video calling is very sleek and superb.

Slack has a highly loved functionality, the channels. This is really missing from Skype for Business, but other than that, functionality wise, they pretty much the same, and Skype for Business does a great job when it comes to communication and collaboration. The integration with other MS products makes this tool a no-brainer.

Skype for business is severely lacking when hosting meetings -- other software options are definitely better. Again, the ability to initiate a meeting (and perhaps in-browser versus locally on the device) is a major impediment with Skype for Business. Microsoft needs to do a better job with pairing to VOIP phones and/or cell/landlines.

Skype for Business is integrated into our existing Microsoft Office 365 installer, and because everyone on our campuses has a license for Office 365, every user can use it without any additional licensing. If a user wants to use it, they simply open it up and log in with their school-issued email.

We used ooVoo before, but what made us switch is that almost all our clients have Skype for business and it makes everything easy if we don't have to invite the clients to some other platform. The most important reason for the switch is because Skype provides the best customer service and there are far fewer bugs and lags.

Select Skype for business because it is a program that offers better video call tools because it contains work options that allow a clearer image of the video, more coincidence between audio and video. Skype for business offers a more innovative and creative interface tailored to the current business demands. It has more striking, technical and professional tools, which are essential for the organization of high-level management meetings.
