  • One positive impact is that it hasn't required a lot of effort/time from IT to install/configure for end-users.
  • One negative impact is that the IT dept. still needs to invest in/use other tools for more in-depth collaboration among departments.
  • Another positive impact has been that it is a program that works fairly well, and is not that prone to crashing/problems, which helps to lessen workloads on the IT staff.

  • The ability to search into the Global Address List is a huge time saver for our IT staff, and they say "time is money".
  • Being able to schedule meetings helps to save money on conference calls since we don't have to purchase 3rd party apps such as Zoom.
  • Long distance and International calls (through Skype for Business) also helps to save us money.
