Overall, I haven't had any major issues with Skype for Business, but the minor problems or concerns I have had were immediately corrected by the support team at Skype for Business. I was very happy with how everything was resolved, and I have not had any issues since this incident.

The support we have gotten has been great. We've had a few calls for helping Apple users, as they tend not to be as tech-savvy, and the support operators have been top-notch. We have had no other issues as it relates to their support team and working with our staff and faculty.

I am not familiar with support for Skype for Business because I have always fixed my problems with the help of my colleagues or by trial and error. Using the application it seems to me that overall development is slow, meaning that it looks and feels kind of old for 2019. Also, there are same recurring technical problems throughout the years. But all this is expected from a huge company like Microsoft.

I have never needed to reach out to support Skype for Business. So I can't rate this question. It's an easy and intuitive program to use. I have never had an issue with Skype, before, and if I did, our internal IT department would be the first line of defense.

I've never had a need for support when using Skype for Business. Overall the product is extremely stable. I hold monthly webinars with internal stakeholders from various departments all across the company and never experienced any lost calls or dropouts. The audio and video quality of the conference calls are extremely high.

I haven't had to ask for support yet, so I really can't give an honest rating. Based on former experiences with other Microsoft products, I would give it a 7 as most of the times you can find the answer to your questions just by looking it up on their website's Q&A.

I have never heard any of the engineers or techs say that they have has any problems with skype for business in terms of support from the manufacturer. With that said I am going to say that there are not many issues and when there are, they are fixed rather quicky.
