Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The performance of the GEP SMART platform overall has been excellent. We do not hear complaints about system performance and have not experienced any slowdowns in adjacent systems due to the GEP implementation. Of all the (largely self-inflicted) change management challenges we've dealt with, system performance and platform reliability have not been on the list of concerns.

Overall SMART performance is ok, but our users frequently experience delayed page load, reports take a while to complete or fail to complete. This issue is getting worse as we are all working remotely. It would be helpful for GEP to enhance the performance for fast response time.

During implementation, we were very careful to test the performance of the tool from multiple global locations and most of the issues turned out to be about the network performance rather than the tool. We have a very large dataset within GEP and despite that, the queries and reports are relatively fast and we do not have complaints from end-users about timeouts or delays. We have also not experienced any delays in integrated systems.

A common complaint from our users is system slowness. Our users often record their desktop to show the slowness of the documents to load. We have communicated the complaints to GEP numerous times and do not have a resolution. The accounts payable team finds the extensive time to load documents as a hindrance to their processing times.

I experience many issues in the UAT environment when the page is slow to load or will not load at all. I use the UAT environment to run training sessions to take potential users through all the functionality available. When the system is slow to load and keeps crashing it gives potential users a very bad first impression and significantly reduces the adoption rate.
