SmartField Mobile provides an advanced mobile user experience for field service personnel. It allows users to easily track and manage labor resources, equipment, and materials with a dynamic range of enterprise solutions. Powered with SmartField predictive technology from MobileLogix, users can connect and forecast their mobile field workforce and company data through one unified system. The vendor says this is helpful for optimizing customer communications and the user's end-to-end field service work management lifecycle.
SmartField's capabilities include predictive algorithms, GPS tracking, scheduling, dispatching, billing, invoicing, work order management, contact management and inventory management. Activities can be planned, scheduled, and resourced by field workforce teams, which the vendor says is designed to improve performance and provide quickest delivery times.
Users can dispatch using their team's location, skillset and availability with tools that allow fully automated, rule-based scheduling, smart dispatching or manual assignments.
In terms of scalability, SmartField is designed for 50 or 100,000 field workers in the cloud. According to the vendor, this allows users to connect employees in the office and in the field with a smart all in one solution.
