Best ATS I have used!
We use SmartRecruiters for all of our recruitment (Early Careers to Senior Hiring) in the UK and Australia. It supports all the way from attraction to onboarding where we move over to our HRIS. We have our website and LinkedIn integrated from an attraction perspective, DocuSign for contract generation and we're currently moving to a background screening provider who are part of the SR ecosystem.

SmartRecruiters an efficient ATS
We use SmartRecruiters to do all our recruitment up to onboarding. SmartRecruiters solved our problem with multicasting, delayed responses and application tracking. We use it with our different managers, all our regions and recruiters. This makes it possible to track applications in the pipeline. This allowed us to implement more processes.

SmartRecruiters review
We use SmartRecruiters as our ATS for both US and Barcelona open requisitions. I would say our hiring needs are a bit volatile, and quite dormant in 2023 but we've been able to solely focus on this tool for our applicant tracking needs. I'd say something I'd like to be implemented within the system is to have it a bit more user friendly, and to have a support chat tool to answer any questions I have right at the moment. That would be super helpful.

Best TA Suite out there
SmartRecruiters is the only way talent gets into the organisation. It's our way to attract, evaluate, select, and manage all applicants at QuoIntelligence. It's a critical asset here, as we've gone from 4 to 50+ employees.
It was essential in getting our applicant-to-hire ratio to 200:1, with a time to hire of 40 days, and only half a recruiter on it. Through its workflow automations and off-the-shelf integrations we ensure excellent candidate experience, hyper-efficient recruiters, and happy hiring managers. All compliant.

SmartRecruiters is an incredible tool to keep all parts of the recruitment process in a single place. From posting jobs, managing candidates, keeping track of their status in the process, adding comments and important information about them in an organized way, collaborating with the hiring team, etc.

Great ATS, can always be better as any software but User Voice is nice and our CSM is really helping !
SmartRecruiters is used worldwide by all recruiters and managers to follow recruitment process, it's also used for internal applications.

Very happy with my SmartRecruiters experience!
SmartRecruiters is used by our stores and support services. It allows: the complete dematerialization of the recruitment process (everything is centralized in the same tool, and for people who are not in the recruitment business, SmartRecruiters makes it possible to guide and facilitate the process and collaborative work), saving time (thanks to job templates, email templates, integration with Microsoft Office 365, job boards...), optimizing our processes, and centralizing and securing data.

Candidate selection process streamlined
I use SmartRecruiters when recruiting for new team members. It's a great tool for tracking the entire progress and analysing new candidates. I have used many different functions including the referral process and found it to be smooth and useful. There's a really handy link section including CVs of candidates interviewed, and useful places to keep and share notes between HR and hiring managers.

We use SmartRecruiters as our main Applicant Tracking System. We post all of our jobs through SmartRecruiters, Track Candidates through the entire process from identification to onboarding, schedule the interviews in the system and use it for candidate reach out. It is our primary platform for recruiting and talent management. It is super helpful because we can create templates for common messages like interview scheduling and even integrate SmartRecruiters with our Outlook Calendars so easier scheduling with multiple people and even invite candidates to do self scheduling. This platform is a one stop shop for everything recruiting related that we need.

Smart ATS
We use SmartRecruiters as a full applicant tracking system, integrated with PhenomPeople on our front-end careers page. We use it to obtain job hire approvals and post job ads to our careers page and other integrated job boards such as TradeMe, LinkedIn and Seek. We also track external and internal applications, process applications through the hiring process (reviewing screening questions and CVs, phone screening, interviewing, submitting applicant comments and ratings, declining applications, and submitting job offers). Our SmartRecruiters is also integrated with DocuSign, allowing us to generate offer details inside SmartRecruiters, which can then flow through to DocuSign to generate contract paperwork. We utilise back-end reporting as well to track our hire and turnover statistics.

Amazing end to end recruitment tool
Broadly, we use SmartRecruiters for Talent Acquisition and referral purposes. Looking at it from a perspective of a complete journey, starting from job posting to onboarding of the candidate after hiring, it is a complete recruitment application. We 1. Posting jobs 2. Good starting place for an ATS
SmartRecruiters helps to automate application tracking for hiring and retention of employees. It helps integrate with other recruitment platforms and gives us live reporting on applications received and processed. It also helps track employees who have been onboarded and helps manage referrals.

SmartRecruiters is currently used as a job posting, job application, and job hiring status tool, among other uses. It makes [it] easy for employees to search and review our company's job postings, easy to apply online, and to track the status of [an] application if [the] applicant is moved forward [or if the] application [is] denied and ended. SmartRecruiters is easy to use
It is used by our HR department and hiring managers of the respective team. I have been using it for the past year and it is user friend for me as we can do tasks multiple ways. I do not find any issues; however, we have to train the hiring manager to use SmartRecruiters.
I was facing various issues at my organization regarding recruitment, not able to centralize data of my team, my recruiters in one place. Then I switch to SmartRecruiters. It had made my life so easy and simple that now I can manage my team data in one place. I can get a report of my single individual member just in a click away. I also like about smart recruiters that it helps in managing and show data in a single view dashboard. It also helps recruiters to see their data in just one screen along with a pool of potential candidates in an organized manner.

We use SmartRecruiters company wide for internal and external hires. It allows all communication and documentation to be tracked in a single place, which makes reporting and processing simpler. Having a single platform with workflows and templates also assures consistency and quality control, not to mention enforcement of legal and compliance matters.

A great choice for helping small and large teams grow
We use SmartRecruiters to manage the entire hiring pipeline, from advertising open positions, to screening candidates and conducting resume intake, to scheduling phone screens and interviews, collecting feedback from hiring panels, communications with candidates, and final job offer details.
