Cons
- Limited data reporting capability
- Lack on willingness to create better functionality through bespoke requests
- Very poor search functionality
- Does not have the ability to talent pool/pipeline candidates effectively
- Cannot link to all job boards and therefore skews 'source of hire' reporting functionalilty
- Centralised help desk is very 'tech heavy' and forgets that we are customers and need to use our language and not theirs
- Candidate name search is not intuitive
