- Efficiency. SmartRecruiters allows me to look quickly through candidate responses and reach out in a group instead of having to do each one individually.
- SmartRecruiters has features that streamline communication between myself and Hiring Managers, as notes are requests are emailed directly to me.

A dynamic solution to our extreme growth in hiring needs.
- The impact that SmartRecruiters has had on our hiring, has been tremendous. We were a paper and pencil, spreadsheet, hiring Team, with upwards of 50 hires/month. We now have an organized, effective tool, and hire at least twice that number with ease.
- Since transitioning from Taleo to Smart Recruiters, we have now doubled the number of hires made by our hiring team, with no additional headcount in the hiring team itself.
- The improved candidate experience and enhanced social media sharing capabilities of Smart Recruiters over Taleo have combined to drive more traffic to our careers page, and converted more of those visitors into applicants. We have tripled the number of hires made through careers page direct applicants to 30% of our total hires this year.

Good Ideas but not so effective in certain markets
- Placing an position on SmartRecruiters makes me feel that I am really looking hard for candidates and can answer yes when someone asks me if we are posting this on a good site. However, we have the most success sourcing local by word of mouth.

- It's a great tool for saving money and time (i.e. we don't need big meetings with dept or other team members to make decisions we are able to do put the info in the App )
