  • Placing an position on SmartRecruiters makes me feel that I am really looking hard for candidates and can answer yes when someone asks me if we are posting this on a good site. However, we have the most success sourcing local by word of mouth.

  • We have seen an improvement in both quantity and quality of applications coming through our system. This reduces the amount of direct sourcing the recruiters have to do - therefore reducing both labour requirements in HR and time to fill.

  • We have had great experience with the tool and have made choices that have resulted in good hires and long term longevity of the people we hire.
  • ROI has been measured in how long we keep an individual. Our ability to attract quality individuals results in better hiring with equates to less recruiting.
  • Time and efficiency in the hiring process are greatly enhanced with the integration of the job postings and subsequent management of the candidates with easy communications throughout the entire process.
