So far our hiring managers have been happy with the system. They navigate through it quite easily. They're able to tag the recruiter and write messages in the notes section. After an interview, they go in an write a review based on the interview and give us actions on how to move forward.
The tool is very easy to use for recruiting managers, even though some of the navigation between candidates is a little slow. Most people can use it with no or little training. What is missing is a possibility for recruiting managers to export a report of their candidates to Excel (together with hyperlinks to SmartRecruiters) in order to do some offline ranking or notes.
Extremely intuitive! I had zero training and was able to easily review the candidate's resumes and additional correspondence easily. The review process is great with scaling and the ability to leave notes. I also like the option of seeing the other hiring team members comments on the candidates as well. Once an offer is made I am able to track the process all the way through acceptance of the offer right in the system, along with email alerts at each milestone.

It's very easy to use, even for those who don't do a lot of hiring. Managers can easily collaborate with us and we have not had any negatives from any of our hiring managers.

The interface is extremely easy to use. The system is very simple but sometimes it is not consistent and causes confusion between departments when we are working on bringing on a candidate. It is not perfect but based on the systems we have working with in the past, I find SR one of the better interfaces.

You're able to set up several hiring managers within the program and have a place for writing and submitting reviews of candidates. It can be a little bit confusing with all of the different levels you can set people up as in SmartRecruiters, but overall, SmartRecruiters has a great notification system for hiring managers and it's pretty easy to figure out how to navigate.
Collaboration improves between the recruiter and the hiring team. Recruiters are able to create their own company career website using SmartRecruiter as it has features such as the drag and drop interface for adding images and texts.
Communication is so easy between the hiring manager and applicants. The tool helps at staying organized and offers a platform where I can interact with candidates promptly wherever I am using any devices available at the time.
I wasn't the hiring manager, but I wasn't sure how to best indicate to the manager that all the reviews are in and they should now review and sign off on the potential candidate.
I think for most managers the system is intuitive. Like any software though, there are technophobes who struggle. I find that most managers can navigate the system if they use it fairly frequently.
SmartRecruiters is very user-friendly. The fact that hiring managers are already extremely busy means that they just don't have the time for something disorganized and difficult to use. SmartRecruiters, while simple to use, is masterfully complex in organization and ease of use.
Easy if managed by only a few people. You have to make sure to keep moving a candidate through he process for accurate reporting. I could easily spiral out of control if there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Notes are not visible to everyone which can be frustrating.

Makes the hiring process more manageable. We hire two types of candidates: technicians and customer service/sales staff. It works equally well for both.
As a hiring manager, all of the feedback I have provided earlier is for a hiring manager. SmartRecruiters was invaluable for managing applicants, listing open opportunities, rating, and communicating and selecting a candidate.
Hiring managers like to see the candidate traffic flow and view resumes as they come in. It's a good way for the hiring managers to be involved in the process and a good collaboration exercise for the team. Hiring managers can also give feedback right away rather than waiting for days.
