Smartsheet is an online project management and collaboration tool from Smartsheet.inc in Bellevue, Washington. It supports full mobile access.
Three tiers cover Smartsheet's pricing options. The Basic level provides core features for small groups of individuals, while the Team level is recommended for groups of up to 50 people and supports more user features, allows multiple sheet creators, and has reporting functions. The Enterprise level is a custom fit tier for groups of greater than 50 individuals or companies, and may include dedicated support personnel if desired.

Smartsheet review
- Smartsheet has helped us be more efficient.
- It has helped us be more transparent.
- Buying a license for a project manager is OK but it is not for normal users since it's more expensive than MS Project
- It's a good project management tool for Google users since there is no similar tool there.
- As it's part Excel and part a database to enable small biz processes, the user has to understand something basic of database tables.
- Smartsheet has provided a central task tracking hub for activating and billing our new students.
- We have found it valuable that multiple users can edit a sheet at the same time.
- Smartsheet's security measures are stronger than products like Google Sheets, including integrating with our company login credentials.

- It has increased productivity by at least 20% allowing our department to take on more work but with less administrative costs.

Happy SmartSheet Team User
- It has allowed us to get easily organized and share the progress of projects with the team and some of our internal customers allowing us to deliver information much quicker, and reduce some of the meetings times and back and forth.
- It has allowed us to easily collect process and procedure documentation, and tack updates. Previously we had several hundred documents in many different file folders. This allows us to catalog this information quickly add in additional fields/data points for sorting/details/primary users/additional info. We can easily find and share this information, and overall we are much more efficient.

The Product Name Says it All!
- Smartsheet makes it much easier for us to manage internal projects, allowing easy data capture and status tracking across a broad group of stakeholders. Our ROI is not having to share spreadsheet files either through email or file sharing service such as Box, where version control and simultaneous editing is impossible. Setup of new files is much easier with the templates provided, or by copying previous project sheets.

Easy to use project management solution at the right cost!
- Smartsheet has helped us keep track of new employees via workflow processes that we did not have in place before. As a result, we have not lost track of enrollments, software logins, etc.
- We are able to log and plan social media posts which saves us time because we can also look back and re-use posts from historical data.
- We also save time by setting up automatic notifications when certain tasks are completed. This eliminates the need for staff to remember to manually notify staff of actions taken.

Smartsheet - Good for Project Management and Collaboration
- Improved communication
- Makes tracking information easier
- Makes sharing information easier
- Because we have the ability to enter in expenses and financial info in a real time manner, I am able to run reports more quickly to provide accurate numbers for ROI calculation. The C-Suite loves getting budget info on time!
- From what I understand, choosing an enterprise level agreement saves the company money overall, rather than having a bunch of different departments, some using it, some not.
- We are more GDPR compliant. That is important to our customers, so it is important to us.

- This has saved us from duplication of efforts (saved time)

- Smartsheet has been a great tool for us to use for project management, but it would be difficult to quantify the impact on the overall business objectives. It is certainly an important tool that would require some sort of replacement if it weren't available.
