SmartSuite is a powerful tool to have everything you need to manage any project in one place! You can change the layout of your data in a click and work with multiple reports at a time. Creating records is easy and everything is fully customizable. The biggest advantage is an easy-to-use and transparent collaborative mode where everything gets saved immediately and one can see what everyone else is doing. Highly recommend!

The transition to SmartSuite is easy and the learning curve will not take much time. It's easy to import all the data from your current solution and just proceed to work with it with little to no effort. It's great for big teams because people can work simultaneously and do not interfere with one another. You may create as many reports in as many views as you need, switching between them is instant.
