I use SmartSuite in my daily organization as all of my work is based on the organization. I used it to organize the projects and also one great thing- I can share it with clients as there is an option Share view.

As I use it on daily basis, I love to organize projects as the app is good for it, you could organize everything on a high level so your coworkers could find anything they are looking for. Also good for clients, as app have Share view and it’s very helpful.

It is best suited to be a google alternative for a google drive due to its multiple functions. Can add action items, upload multiple types of files and assign people responsibilities and tasks. It combines resource platform abilities with project management functionality in order to unite all your needs in one area.

I consider SmartSuite a useful tool for task tracking and team collaboration. Easy to use the service. SmartSuite user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The company uses SmartSuite as a bug tracking system. We are created a custom form to make tasks with a more understandable workflow and it helps to do the job better. There is always time to edit form with new ideas

SmartSuite is a great management tool. I use SmartSuite to keep track of everything in my work and personal life. With different views and reports, SmartSuite is able to handle anything I threw at it. The wide choice of field types is perfect to keep all needed data in different formats. The Formula field is really great, no more need to use Google Sheets to calculate even huge data arrays. I can link my workspaces with each other using a special field type and set the most preferable view for this. Also, I'm keen on the Calendar report, it helps me to keep my day up-to-date without any inconvenience. You can find all the necessary features that you can imagine in your mind. And it's not the end - the platform is regularly updated with new improvements and functionality. To make my life easier SmartSuite has mobile apps (for iOS and Android) with mostly all the features web app has.

SmartSuite is a powerful tool to have everything you need to manage any project in one place! You can change the layout of your data in a click and work with multiple reports at a time. Creating records is easy and everything is fully customizable. The biggest advantage is an easy-to-use and transparent collaborative mode where everything gets saved immediately and one can see what everyone else is doing. Highly recommend!

The transition to SmartSuite is easy and the learning curve will not take much time. It's easy to import all the data from your current solution and just proceed to work with it with little to no effort. SmartSuite has a lot of field types to represent your data, as well as a flexible permission system, real-time updates, and a lot of options on how to arrange and represent your data.

We are using SmartSuite for team management and task workflows. Customization options allow you to set everything up once and never again think about the routine that ate up most of your working time. Using SmartSuite you can just do your job, it will do the rest for you.

Mostly I work with tasks. It is very convenient to set up filters and group tasks for yourself, which saves a lot of time. The process of switching between tasks is quick and easy. I use it as a task manager. The Project Manager creates tasks for me, makes it dependent on the sprint, function, date, adds their estimates, documentation, connects them with other tasks if needed, etc. So I can have everything I need for work in one task. During my job process I change statuses, and also I can add comments into the task, so I can have all communications inside - do not be afraid to lose some information, or search it in messengers. Also, it has easy-to-work applications with a lot of different filters and settings to make your work experience super comfortable and individual.

It is perfect to use in project management, when you have a lot of workers with different tasks, on a different product or company/work areas. So you can create solutions for each purpose, and connect all solutions to each other if needed. We use SmartSuite every day to track our features, tasks, timing, resources, story points, and so on. What I personally like most are Charts and Dashboards that help to manage, compare and analyze various data. You can even share these data with people that don't use SmartSuite - there's a super-convenient, easy and secure functionality for this. Just send the link to any report in any view type - and you got it.

We use SmartSuite on a daily basis. It's customizable and convenient, nice and SMART. More and more smart features appear all the time. Why don't start using them?

We set up the system for our project management. SmartSuite allows customizing a database for your specific needs because it provides more than 40 different smart fields. For each part of the work, we set us an application that shows all information about that. Records are assigned to the team, and tasks management becomes as easy as possible! We set up automated notifications for all important updates and all responsible members are aware of everything. Also, we track the progress of any feature, which is amazing, because the system is really flexible. Any changes can be applied immediately!

As our agency has scaled to 15+ people we were lacking proper process optimization in the Asana that we were using. All of our processes started becoming messy, new employee onboarding became messy and we used a lot of different tools like Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets for different processes. By switching to Smart Suite, we were able to add every single process from our agency in one place, thus creating a single environment for all of the work happening in our agency.
