Emplifi was employed to establish a smooth workflow for social media operations all the way from publishing to analytics. I wanted a tool that would have a strong relationship with social media platforms so that we have more capabilities than other tools and Emplifi really works with the best of what's offered with the various APIs. We needed one tool that could be useful for all staff: content creators, ads creators, social media monitoring, analytics, and brand listening.

Emplifi is excellent for managing customer relations/social media monitoring with its Community module. There's an easy way to talk internally with staff to find the best response to a question or solution to a supporter/customer problem. Emplifi also makes publishing easy and efficient. The user experience is excellent for anyone looking to add more convenience to their workflow. Emplifi isn't the best platform for influencer discovery and management, but I know they have just added some new features around that for users looking for that capability.

We use this for publishing and organizing our social media posts, looking at the community for DMs and comment responses, and seeing analytics on how well our content is doing.

  • It would be great if we can create a post but can add in multiple posting dates on that one specific post. So then we don't have to make new posts or create duplicate posts each time.
It's well suited if you manage multiple social media accounts and want to schedule in advance. I also like the ability to tag companies, and the AI copy generator has been a life saver. Where it is less appropriate is when uploading Reels and TikToks as we need to do this natively to use the functionalities only found on the app.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud- or Socialbakers a few years ago - is a very handy tool for me to handle community requests, manage my social media editorial schedule, and evaluate almost all the activity I manage on social networks. It's important to me that I use a tool that covers all these different aspects of being a social media manager, and that I don't have to switch back and forth between different tools. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud offers me exactly that, and except for a few cuts (mostly due to the API of the respective networks), I have everything covered that I need in my everyday work.

I currently work with Emplifi to Social Media Management and Measurement, so scheduling and publishing, managing the incoming conversations with all the company social media profile, analysis, reports also help with relevant data to planning our strategy. Emplifi has simplified things massively, as we have more than 500 profiles to manage. Its a user-friendliness and great customer support.

There was a time where our subscription stopped working for a day. Experiencing a disruption in Emplifi was challenging, especially as we heavily relies on the platform for critical tasks like posting social media content and communicating with customers. With Emplifi not functioning for a day, we were unable to schedule and publish social media content as planned. This resulted in missed opportunities to promote retailers and brands and engage with our audience. The delay also caused in not being able to deliver timely and relevant content from our channels.

I would recommend this tool to companies or agencies or freelancers that manage multiple profiles. I really like the AI composer. If you have to come up every day with social media copies it can get quite repetitive or you'll lose some creativity. The AI composer helped me a lot to get new inspiration for texts.

We use Emplifi to manage the Facebook and Twitter profiles for a major automotive client. The system is selected by our client, and has replaced Sprinklr - which we found too complicated and cumbersome to use.

Emplifi has simplified things massively, and scores heavily in our eyes for its user-friendliness and great customer support. It's also a great package to look at, and work with.
  • Easy for scheduling the same (or similar) post on multiple platforms, with a handy customisation feature allowing you to tweak post length / tags & hashtags accordingly
  • Makes adding the Emojis you access the most really, really simple
  • Detailed reporting feature, which can be heavily customised and easily exported
  • Resizing or cropping images is a little slow to manage, versus Sprout Social, which we find is much quicker for this
It's great for multi-channel social media management, plus clearly has the scale to suit multi-national organisations connecting hundreds of profiles and being used my multiples teams, in different languages, all over the world.

The AI content creation function is cutting-edge, and works surprisingly well too!

Emplifi has allowed our team to function exactly as we need. We don't have a dedicated social media manager, so the use of approval work flows has allowed us to request content creation by team members who aren't experts in social media writing. As a global organization, we closely monitor what our subsidiaries are posting by adding their "public profiles" to our account and reviewing their content feeds. Prior to using Emplifi, this was a very manual process of finding each subsidiary in the native platforms. Lastly, we truly value the labeling functionality. We categorize each post by topic and campaign, which makes dashboard creation and reporting very quick and easy.

  • In the approval workflow, it would be great if one person could serve 2 roles such as both Content Creator and Publisher.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is perfect for a marketing team that doesn't have one dedicated social media manager. It allows people from different departments or with different skillsets to contribute content for consideration. There is no limit on the number of people who can be in the platform, so you can open it up to Customer Service and Product Development in addition to a marketing team.

We use Emplifi to manage social media accounts for IKEA. We can quickly check all the comments, and feedbacks we receive from our customers and are quickly able to resolve any issue, queries or even generally gauge their opinions on some of our products. It's very nifty in being able to do that for us so that we can see how to move on in the future.

Fantastic tool to start your social media listening; easy to build out dashboards to monitor and summarize performance vs competition, across various platforms and regions. We have found it to be optimal tool to measure various performance metrics by channel and all together. Also cost effective compared to other tools out there. Publishing is easy to use as well. Listening capabilities perhaps has to improve compared to others in the space.

Emplifi works very well for us on a day-to-day basis. We manage all the brand's networks, from scheduling publications to obtaining reports on a specific date. For the search of influencers it helps us to have greater clarity in the categories that we are looking for to later do an advanced search. Would I recommend it? Yes.

Allowing my teams to provide data dashboards to our clients and use it as a single source of truth for all their key digital touchpoints without spending many laborious hours transferring data to slides. A powerful tool not just to schedule dashboard snapshots, but also to investigate granular data to not just highlight what happened but also why it happened.

The Socialbakers Suite is being mainly used by our Social Analytics team in terms of monitoring and analyzing our own social pages compared to our line of business competitors. The tool addresses the capability of combining all pages by line of business in one view and the ability to create a dashboard and analyze performance across competitors.

Our team uses Socialbakers Suite to keep track of campaign performances and identify how and when to optimize them. The Socialbakers tool is a great help in making sure that our campaigns have optimal performance since it gives us access to invaluable insights such as the best time to post, best time to do boosting, etc.

As our digital media specialist, Socialbakers is primarily used for and by the marketing team. I find the suite very useful when it comes to data analytics and insighting. I'm now able to pull out historical data that we use for reports sent to our industry partners as well as collate reports per time frame or per campaign (through the seamless tagging feature) in a matter of minutes, whereas this would've taken me hours of manual tracking if I hadn't used the suite. We've yet to roll out and practice the content creation and approval workflow but I've expressed to my colleagues that I highly recommend utilizing this feature to streamline and ease out our workflow, and ultimately eliminate external platforms that we use for content approvals.

We use Socialbakers for our monthly performance client reports. The social media department is the main department that uses it. It gives us insights on how the social media pages that we manage are performing in terms of engagement, follower growth, and top-performing content.

The performance prediction feature is a great one as it gives us more insights into the type of content we're creating, what works, and what doesn't work with our audience. However, I would like to understand more about what is that prediction based on.

Socialbakers is new to the University of Waterloo only starting back in December 2019. We are currently trying to roll it out to all departments. Most have begun to use it, but there are still some departments that are being trained and transitioned into it.
  • Ease of scheduling. Everything is very intuitive and icon based.
  • Analytics easy to read and use. Easy to export and use in reports.
  • In the publishing calendar. It seems like I have to change my filters every time I login. Would be nice if it could save our settings from session to session.
  • Dark posts parameters are set. Not having to be able to customize further has turned us away from using that feature in Socialbakers.
I feel in any business, having Socialbakers to help save time managing all your social media handles will improve productivity. The in-depth analytics will help any business target the audience they wanted, maximizing the interactions you get on your posts.

We use Socialbakers Suite to manage our social media accounts and evaluate channel performance. It is a great benchmark to see and plan our social media KPIs in terms of channel and content prioritization. It is also very useful to compare our brand within other ELC brands.

  • Engagement rate metric can be improved to be more clear (it is now 1000 person per account)
