- Development and Support personnel can see the same data, in the same visualizations, enabling skills-development on actual code and tables that would take too long to replicate as a purely teaching exercise.
- Customer solution performance concerns can be directly investigated by time-slice. Best Database Performance Tool
- It definitely helps me pinpoint the issue quickly instead of waiting for log analysis. I can focus on the actual issue with confidence. I have used this tool several times to pinpoint locking issues and poor execution plans.
- I have also used index suggestion. In one application, where only 100 concurrent sessions were freezing the server, it allows us to go to 450 without any change to the hardware, cost savings on hardware as well as SQL and Windows licensing.
