Sophos email is a have to have!
- Positive are many of the things i have already explained
- Positive ROI is a reliable solution we will use for years and years
- No negatives so far
- The reality is that no product is a one stop shop for complete protection. The user will always be a potential weak point in the system. With that said, Sophos' disclaimers have been a huge help as they can immediately make suspicious emails known with a few simple tags. That alone can create a sort of checkpoint for our users that takes them out of the dangerous 'autopilot' mode.

- Makes IT look bad as too many phishing and social engineering emails are allowed to be delivered. This has greatly reduced the confidence in IT from an SLT perspective doing nearly irreparable harm to our reputation as a department.
- The amount of time spent trying to tune this platform to get it to perform has been excessive and has yielded no success. We still have very inconsistent handling of emails.

An easy to manage and implement tool that is also in the cloud and this gives it omnipresence.
- Sophos Email has been protecting our users, including the administrative branch, who are the target of attacks most frequently.
- Every month Sophos Email stops about 100,000 malicious emails. We calculate that if these attacks have saved the company time, it prevents us from having a lot of support staff to attend to the cases.

- Breeds mistrust in the workplace.
- Many commonplace emails are quarantined for review.
- Whitelisting websites needs to be done to core website URLs as well as extended URLs (adobe.com vs help.adobe.com).

Implementing Sophos Email Security is great
- We have prevented several cases of employees tried to steal organization's information; this has a great effect on the ROI not only in dollars but also in our reputation.
- We have used it for more than 4 years, which is more than typical technology adoption we usually do; and this is the result of the above causes (prevention of internal fraud).
- Need to have an expert of regex to accommodate more advanced DLP function/requirements
