I have used Sovereign Systems for storage, data center, cloud computing.

Sovereign Systems is well positioned from a virtualization and devops perspective. They are very knowledgeable in regards to VMware and their entire suite of products.

Overall Sovereign was great to work with. They were very committed to making sure the project was done right the first time.

All the projects that I've been part of with Sovereign Systems have been successful. I am more than happy with the services provided and would recommend Sovereign Systems to anyone that asks.

I have worked with them closely for years; primarily in the storage and virtualization arena. They have expanded their sales footprint in my organization and have branched out to other areas such as ServiceNow and continue to bring in other vendors that would be a good fit in our organization.

Sovereign is very responsive to emails. If you're on a deadline and you're needing a quote, they are very fast in sending you one. They also help in any issues we may be having by having the right techs a phone call away.

Sovereign Systems is well suited for any scenario requiring a high level of technical expertise.

They are easily our go to company for anything revolving around VMware suite, whether that is infrastructure related, automation related, or monitoring related. It's a no brainier to get their assistance with a lot of tasks as they can competently implement complex designs. Also on the storage architecture side they are great.

I'm sure there is much more but for my team we mainly leverage them in these areas.

Sovereign Systems is well suited for selling, deploying, and training for storage products such as NAS, backup storage, and direct attached storage.

Providing storage technical solutions.

For our case, we needed to do two things: build a new data center to migrate to and update our old data center to newer hardware. They were great with taking information on what we needed and helping to gather statistics on our workload. They set up on site demo gear for us to run our application on to prove feasibility and worked with any issues we had with during the entire demo.

I have worked with Sovereign Systems on several initiatives and can honestly say they are my preferred VAR. Their team makes things very smooth and easy and do not cause me to have to worry about whether or not the approach we are taking is correct or not.

Sovereign Systems is very open and can provide engineers for networking and storage. I feel it would be less appropriate to use them for any kind of desktop scenarios or deployments.

Great at product purchase and implementation.

Sovereign Systems really understands server virtualization and storage. They really took the time to understand our business case and recommended the right solution based on that need.

I think of Sovereign as a heavily engineering oriented consulting partner. Their strengths are in needs assessment, solution planning, and implementation. Any Dell/EMC storage or backup platform project, any VMware or VMware Control Center deployment, or virtual server platform deployment would be ideal situations for Sovereign. I think they could beef up their training and documentation services to provide greater value to their clients but I have absolute confidence in their ability to execute on the planning and engineering end and would recommend them to anyone on those grounds.

Enterprise systems seem to be their strong suit. Smaller projects don't seem to fit very well within their scope. But I think if you're looking for a large project, they're very well suited for that and have the implementation teams to back that.
