Spiff is used seamlessly for sales commissions/incentives calculations and as a disbursement tool in the organisation. It's being used in the whole organisation by whoever is eligible for incentives. The live update & sync for calculating the commissions transparently, otherwise it's very difficult for an employee to track their incentives.
  • Live sync & record of incentives.
  • Calculation is very transparent.
  • Commission break down bar chart percentage-wise.
  • Customer support centre is quick to react.
  • More clear rules while syncing the sales data from other platform.
  • Avoiding some duplicate or not relevant entries.
  • Better dashboard.
1. Spiff is absolutely well suited for immediate calculations of your or a team's variable results and planning. Immediately shows the achievement status.
2. I don't find [it would be appropriate] in sales.
