We are using different platforms for different clients. It depends on how the client's budget and what they can invest in their reporting tool. Sprinklr is the most complex, biggest, and most customizable. We say if Brandwatch is LEGO Duplo, then Socialbakers is LEGO Classic and Sprinklr is LEGO Technic.

I really love the Powerpoint export from reports from Socialbakers because it saves me a lot of time (one of their best selling points) & the integration of competitors and their metrics is very helpful. But their publishing tool does not work well. If we want to have the cheapest version, we implement a simple Google Data Studio dashboard.

We selected the Advertising product because we were using the other products listed. I personally haven't used the Modern Care product but the customer service team loves it. I like using the Research and Engagement tools more as they feel less time-intensive to set up and use.

I definitely prefer the native platform ad managers over Spredfast. They are much easier to use and saves me time and frustration. I usually just give up with Spredfast after I get so many errors that I can't figure out. I never have to worry that my ad is not running when I set them up natively.

We use each of our tools for distinct projects and Sprinklr is the main social tool that we use, primarily because of the 'social listening' component which allows us to see where the conversation is among our competitors. This is critical in developing our positioning on certain topics that are highly prioritized within the firm.

I've only used the free version of Hootsuite and Sprinklr had many more functions than that (though Sprinklr was paid so not really and apples to apples comparison). HubSpot was more of a web content tool with social plugins which were fine but nothing special. Sprinklr was much better than HubSpot at social media marketing.
