First, we had a social studio which was good in terms of functionalities but slow. After that, we had the chance to use Talkwalker & social bakers which were good tools yet not enough compares to Sprinklr

We also use Meltwater in our BU, and the good thing about Sprinklr is that you can actually compare your data numbers with the key word searches. Meltwater is limited in that it doesn't offer a wide range of services. Although the graphs and some other analysis functions on Meltwater are a bit more detailed.

Many tools are the same, but the one where I noticed the biggest difference was between Brandwatch and Sprinklr when it comes to social listening. Brand watch has a good and more affordable social listening platform, but it is not as easy to use and requires the client to code keywords versus have user-friendly logic that can be quickly applied to social listening queries.

These tools were good to manage social interaction when you just have one or maybe two social media managers who take care of anything. When it comes to teams, there was not a good way to manage bigger amounts of requests and to have an overview of who does what. So you waste time on cases which are already in progress by someone else. Sprinklr was the solution for that. Sprinklr also offers good user management, so you don't need to share credentials of every single service to everyone to give them access. This is also a huge benefit in a global company with over 5,000 employees.

The social listening and benchmarking dashboards of Sprinklr Modern Research have been a huge game changer for our department. They allow us to gauge the competitive landscape and monitor any trending topics in a particular space which allows us to realign our priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. They're both great products, but have different purposes.

We previously used Sparkcentral for our social media care. While we were very happy with the team there, the product had not evolved as much as Sprinklr and we found it to be lacking in its ability to handle different languages, route certain types of conversations with higher priority or to certain teams / agents. It also did not have as robust a reporting structure as Sprinklr does.

Prior to Sprinklr Modern Care, we used vBulletin and a custom repository to address the community needs of our customers. Keeping the experience user friendly was a key point on our needs list and our custom solutions and vBulletin forums were only positive experiences for our more seasoned developer users.

Navigation and organization of the information was another key need. vBulletin is a forum utility that provided a good location to have advanced product discussions, but it required too much maintenance and upkeep to address duplicates, organize the posts how we wanted them, and ultimately serve the customers.

Additionally, our custom solutions were becoming too difficult to maintain with upgrades and updates and it took too much time for our teams to perform updates and upgrades, which was another contributing factor to us searching for a better solution.

• We use a tool called HelpSpot for email ticketing. They have a knowledge base for FAQs but no forum / community platform. Their technology not nearly as good • We looked at a number of tools that did either FAQ or feedback or community, but none except Sprinklr Modern Care did all of these things. • Looked at Kissmetrics for feedback. But they only did feedback. • Localizations capability into Spanish French and German was also very important and this ruled out most vendors.

We really liked the way that the Sprinklr Modern Care technology worked. It was really simple, easy for customers. Ultimately the technologies are not that different. The bigger reason is that we really appreciated the team at Sprinklr Modern Care.
