I used it for FMCG brands. There were so active on social media and have a lot of brands. It was really important for the brand at that time to have perfect social listening & community management solution so we decided to go with Sprinklr Modern Care which ultimately became so important for us. It is a very smart & useful tool, a unified platform to cover all your social media management needs

When it comes to community management & crisis management, it really helps resolve the issue. It has a mobile application as well so it becomes very easy to do the stuff right on time

First, we had a social studio which was good in terms of functionalities but slow. After that, we had the chance to use Talkwalker & social bakers which were good tools yet not enough compares to Sprinklr

We use Sprinklr Modern Care in our Business Unit, and it greatly improves our efficiency. We get a fast overview of our data, and are able to do a deep dive into them. It also allows us to create our own formulas and completely tailor the backend to our needs. This way we always have insights into our performance.

  • Is an all-in-one service platform.

  • Smaller platform integration.

If you are a "bigger" company and are looking for a platform that combines all of your social media services into one, this is the platform for you. It make it easier for one person to handle all of the marketing needs. If, however, you are a smaller company, this platform will probably be a bit too expensive and elaborate. You're better off waiting to grow by yourself and acquire it at a later stage.
  • We were able to reduce our Community Management hours.
  • This platform cut down our Account team as posting on multiple platforms at once is made very easy.
  • We sometimes have to double check the data, as fluctuates and is not always accurate.
We also use Meltwater in our BU, and the good thing about Sprinklr is that you can actually compare your data numbers with the key word searches. Meltwater is limited in that it doesn't offer a wide range of services. Although the graphs and some other analysis functions on Meltwater are a bit more detailed.

Good places - Community management, content approval queues, customizable fields and metrics, and social listening, influencer tagging and management, sentiment monitoring and brand protection

average places - paid social content scheduling, this can accrue very high costs if you are a smaller business, and do not have enough in paid media to support the operational costs.
  • Social listening alerts have helped abort potential crisis which cost millions of dollars in losses
  • Paid media scheduling has saved time
  • Social care SLA monitoring has saved money from having to use a different software for that
Many tools are the same, but the one where I noticed the biggest difference was between Brandwatch and Sprinklr when it comes to social listening. Brand watch has a good and more affordable social listening platform, but it is not as easy to use and requires the client to code keywords versus have user-friendly logic that can be quickly applied to social listening queries.

Sprinklr Modern Care is a handy tool that allows for easy creation of an online community. I evaluated the service to help create "brand ambassadors" to support referrals, but it's a helpful SEO tool.
