I think that Sprinklr is strongest in analytics and community management - however - the interface of the other platforms I have used is more friendly and other colleagues have a harder time with navigating the Sprinklr platform.

We chose Sprinklr because after testing out the others we realized this was the most efficient platform for our team to use. We also really appreciate the reporting, it's extremely useful for our marketing team when reporting to clients weekly.

As much as I get frustrated with Sprinklr, Sprinklr is a much cleaner platform than others I have used and I do obtain good data from the reports due to my custom filters, allowing me to pass along education onto product teams in regards to their specific lines.

I prefer Sprinklr above other social media tools because it has the most features of anything I've worked with. This can be complicated and overwhelming, but our customer success team has helped ensure that we effectively use the tools available.

We primarily considered Adobe and Oracle before finally settling with Sprinklr. Sprinklr might not be best in all the things it offers but the beauty is it offers almost all the possible things you're gonna need for your campaigns and digital strategy. Also, the other competitors are simply not offering as many features or are too clunky and buggy (Especially Oracle).

Shoutlet definitely has keyword options where you can pull through content to see how it's performing directly through Shoutlet, however, it's more complex in that it offers several components (posting on clients platforms, instead of just seeing how customers are responding). Sprinklr is more of a reputation management program, and is a very good option for that specifically.

I have not found another product that is as vigorous to a brand's communication with consumers. It is imperative that brands meet customers where 'they' are, and communicate with them like people, not data. I will continue to use and recommend Sprinklr for it's holistic approach to entire consumer journey.

As mentioned earlier, Sprinklr is good and probably the best content publisher of all the tools above. It is missing other key parts of a community manager's job, like ease for moderation/management and customer service tracking.

Prior to Sprinklr, we used a combination of of HootSuite and Radian 6. We eventually grew tired of using multiple platforms to achieve our goals. When we found Sprinklr we thought our prayers had been answered for an all-in-one tool. Sprinklr is on the forefront of social media management and listening/analytics because they are the only one currently offering such a robust platform designed to simplify things for a social enterprise.

Sprinklr ultimately provides the most advanced functionality in regard to publishing, content workflow and measurement. Due to nature of their independence, they are also able to make integrations not typically possible with other large-scale platforms.

It is clear that Sprinklr has built from the ground-up. Past tools have been clunky, buggy, lightweight, and promised features that were never delivered. The idea of "moderation" shows that other companies are not thinking in terms of relationships yet. Internal collaboration within other tools was non-existent. Sprinklr rarely has hiccups and has pretty much always delivered on-time or delivered features as a bonus. Feedback provided by clients actually is turned into enhancements. As a client, it feels really good to be listened to and to have needs addressed and problems solved.

Each enterprise solution has benefits. Selecting the social media management tool should be based on your organization's needs. SpredFast and Sprinklr are for companies that have a large social presence and growing social team. They're both very robust and customizable platforms. They almost offer more than you need at the beginning. You'll grow into these platforms and love that they have that space for growth.
HootSuite and ViralHeat I would recommend for smaller to medium sized businesses. This could be argued. From the demos I received they would be a great solution with people with minimal to no experience in a social media management tool. They're easy to learn, intuitive, time savers for any social manager, and quick to implement.
There's no right or wrong solution. It all depends on your company's needs.

In order to find the best vendor to serve our current needs, we looked at a number of options. After a comprehensive evaluation, we decided to continue our partnership with Sprinklr because of its focus on larger enterprise companies and ability to cater to Cisco’s needs.

We looked at a dozen and the shortlist ended with Spredfast and Sprinklr. Chose Sprinklr because they were more Enterprise ready at the time. We continue to review other SMMS's, but have seen no reason to leave Sprinklr.

We looked at Sprout Social, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, & SocialEngage.

Sprout Social and EngageSocial are good products for mid-market organizations with relatively simple needs. They have excellent monitoring / listening capabilities, but less robust reporting capabilities.

In general, Sprinklr's technical functionality far surpassed the other products, especially for larger organizations such as my own. Reporting is particularly important to us because we collect data from a variety of sources, including our ad serving technology, and want to be able to report on it in detail. We need to understand not just simple metrics like number of followers, number of re-tweets,etc. but also more complex metrics like impressions / unique views and reach.

The Sprinklr reporting dashboard allows us to track all of these metrics and to customize the dashboard in exactly the way we want. The almost limitless customizability is great, but comes with a price: There is a steep leaning curve. Platform flexibility comes at the price of some user friendliness - Radian6 was definitely a bit more intuitive.

Also, SocialEngage was a relatively new offering following the acquisition of Co-Tweet by ExactTarget and we did not want to be the guinea pigs for this new product.

Sprinklr's client base spoke for itself and once testing of the software began I was extremely pleased with the governance, ease of use, and robust functionality of the program.

Another important reason emerged during the sales process. I picked Sprinklr largely because the sales team was extremely thorough in addressing all of my requirements and was interested in building a relationship with me instead of just selling me a product.
