It's important to find out what is included in the price. There are so many upgraded features that sounds fabulou, but will cost you. Also, be aware of how many users you will have logins for, as any additional will cost you as well.

I think the core Sprinklr platform can be tailored and set up for any size organization to manage their social media program. It's important to work closely with your success manager during implementation to ensure that the resulting dashboards are appropriately configured for your business.

Sprinklr, generally speaking, is best suited for brands that are fully invested in social on a large scale. Small businesses would not necessarily be able to take advantage of all the features of the platform, since it is designed to handle mass audiences within complex organizations.

For us Sprinklr is working quite nicely. We have used it along side other technologies and our partners have done (or are currently doing) the same, however Sprinklr is the technology tool of choice. We also stay completely up to date with what other social space tech tools are providing. We always want to be leading in all that we do. Sprinklr keeps up with latest technology needs and adapts quickly if needed.

Each organization should determine what is most impactful to their organization. Our gap analysis revealed that Sprinklr nailed our most important needs and came with many extras. I would advocate that you ask in a general SMMS evaluation how tools integrate, how collaboration occurs within the software, and get a history of promised feature updates with actual delivery dates. Sprinklr at this time is hands-down, the best software in this space. That being said, your company will have to consider what resources are available to spend. If you are a small business with a spend of 5k, this is likely not the right fit. If you have an unknown budget, ask to see an ROI analysis of how it might impact your business. This can be very helpful in making intelligent decisions with precious resources.

Working at Cisco, using Sprinklr is a huge time saver. You engage with other social media managers and their requests straight from the software. Creating workflows through Sprinklr help product managers answer product questions and keeping your customers happy. It integrates into Google Analytics and Salesforce. You do everything from one place.

You should only use Sprinklr as a community management tool if you have a client, or clients, that have a community size that demands it. This tool is extremely helpful when managing pages that get a lot of pick up and have millions of followers. I would not recommend using the service if your social accounts aren't receiving an overwhelming number of interactions.

I think Sprinklr is best suited for larger organizations that are interested in monitoring and listening to their social channels. If you're just interested in posting content, Sprinklr isn't for you. It's a powerful tool that allows you to track so many different social channels. Sprinklr isn't for the small business who's just starting a social media presence. It is more useful for brands that already have a growing presence on social.

Since I initially review Sprinklr, the platform has only gotten bigger, better and stronger. The Social Listening Insights Tool has been awesome to work with and the recent roll-out of the Command Center product is fantastic as well. Any sizable company looking for a one-stop-shop enterprise social media management tool, will need to look no further than Sprinklr.

It can get a little taxing during live sessions on social, that's the only scenario i feel one can possibly refrain from using it. On the other hand when one's handling multiple accounts Sprinklr is an absolute blessing!

When considering Sprinklr, one would have to take into consideration the size of the brand. Being an enterprise product, Sprinklr is tailored towards a brand with a large following. If this the case for you or your client, utilizing Sprinklr will allow you and your team to manage all aspects of your social strategy more efficiently and provide you with more time to focus on the most vital aspect of a brand's internet presence: the customer's satisfaction and support of your brand.

I miss Sprinklr v2

I've always had a good experience with v2 and would recommend this version. We are being forced to switch to Splash (UX-focused new release) which I'm still learning. Support team at Sprinklr is very helpful and helped with workarounds but it seems to take longer for certain tasks such as creating new vanity urls from Publish (formerly known as Quick Post in v2) and downloading a comprehensive report with multiple campaigns selected.

I would recommend that those considering Sprinklr be sure that they can take advantage of the more advanced features--that includes making sure that they have the staff and the social media ambitions to make it worth it. Also, expect to put quite a bit of time into configuring it for your company (campaigns, tags, accounts, workflows, dashboards, etc.). It takes trial and error over time, but in the end the specificity is worth it.

What information and platforms are you going to use on a regular basis? Be aware that Sprinklr is a major platform provider that allows access to social media and the analytics it receives. If a client wants specific data from Google Analytics that Sprinklr doesn't provide, be aware of the limitations. Other than that, It streamlines monthly/yearly reports that clients so 'desperately' need. All general and specific data can be collected using this platform.

Because it is a very robust system, it is worth the time to learn all the features that it can offer. I have been able to streamline content gathering and content development using Sprinklr, and we have been able to create Facebook and social promotions, widgets, etc... that have taken our social presence to a new level.
