In my opinion, Sprout Social is a well-suited tool for our organisation, due to its intelligent functionality and amount of resources. I think it's fairly priced and easy to use across colleagues of all capabilities. The downfalls we've experience though have been technical and the support in these scenarios hasn't been as attentive as it could've been.

If you have more than three social network profiles and you want an easy solution to plan your content, publish and measure your results, this is one of the best platforms you could contract with a good price and nice features. It0s a very powerful tool to manage your social media profiles.

I have been with Sprout for 5 years and have recently decided to cancel due to their poor service, posts failing and high prices. After contract cancellation they continued to debit my account and are now ignoring my emails for a refund. Had to go to my card supplier to dispute the charge.

Sprout Social is appropriate for small-to-midsized businesses (as long as they can afford it). While teams can use Sprout Social together to collaborate and manage their social media platforms, we found it best to be used by a single manager or a handful of other team members. Expanding beyond that can get a bit messy.

We absolutely love the Sprout Link feature coupled with the first comment feature for Instagram! We rely on it so much, we don't know how we lived without it up until now. We can finally redirect our IG audience to URLs as easily as 1, 2, 3! In the first comment, we tell them "To access the link in this post, tap our username, then our bio link, then the image." It shows up easily on IG and our click-throughs are now through the roof.

I haven't had a bad experience with Sprout—though I have with other SM management tools—and I find them to be worth their price (mid-market). Both the desktop and mobile versions work well and provide me with the posting, reporting, and social listening abilities I need.

Are you on all of the major social media platforms? Sprout Social is your scheduling tool. It makes cross-platform posting simple. They give you peak times and character counts and now that they’re integrated with Canva, you hardly have to leave the application. The analytics can be as simple or as robust as you choose.

Sprout Social is great as an all-in-one post scheduler, reporting system, and listening tool -- if that is what you're looking for. The price tiers feel more suited for a larger company though compared to others on the market who offer similar products at a lower price. Sprout Social's usability is great and the look and feel of the platform were enjoyable to be in every day, compared to other platforms we tried, if that matters to you. Since working in smaller to midsize companies, I have also had a hard time justifying why social listening is important, especially since it is often pitched as a way to see what others are saying about your brand. As a small company, not many convos were happening as compared to a huge name brand. However, it was a great tool to see what people were saying about a general industry or product. Overall, I would recommend Sprout with these notes. I loved using it but it wasn't the right fit this time around for the reasons above, including we needed a product that could scale as our company grows without being too expensive. One of my favorite things about Sprout Social, though, is the customer service. Every interaction I had from beginning to end was pleasant and helpful!

Sprout Social is well suited for scheduling social media posts in advance and tracking how various posts perform across the various platforms. It is great for pulling reports and analytics data to help us track what kinds of posts perform the best, along with how our overall social media strategy is performing, including an increase in followers.

Sprout Social could be better at providing more data for Instagram and make it easier to schedule Instagram posts, even though this is something that stems from the settings on Instagram's side of things.

Sprout [Social] is great for small businesses, small agencies and those who need a platform but don't want to spend a fortune. If you need multiple user log-in's, the cost will add up. This is great to share a log-in for different people to use or add one or two users.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Sprout for basic social media management. Twitter scheduling, social listening capabilities, and being able to export calendars of scheduled posts are all features that have saved me time and allowed me to focus more on strategic efforts. But, if you depend on accurate data reporting, or are looking for something that integrates well with the rest of a team's workflow, Sprout (at least at the premium level) probably isn't the best choice.

If you are looking for a platform to schedule, monitor, and report on your social strategy Sprout Social is the perfect tool. It's extremely collaborative and user-friendly. Set up a run through of the platform for your team with a Sprout Social rep. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will teach you everything you need to know. They're also always looking for suggestions on how they can make the product better and will actually take your ideas to their team to see if they're worth implementing.

First of all, I would recommend this platform to those companies that have a good investment capital so that they can pay for the expenses generated by the administration of social networks through work teams, the plans offered by Sprout Social are quite expensive but the results are effective and very remarkable soon. I recommend this platform to any company that is looking for a much more feasible way to manage the large volume of social networks, Sprout Social has qualified tools to keep social networks active simultaneously, it allows employers to share information in each social network and can statistically view the reach that each publication has had.

In the same panel, you can see the progress that has been made on social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. All the statistics that Sprout Social offers are very detailed, they show the audience obtained and the participation that has been in a certain time, which allows that seeing the progress of each social network, is not a problem for any employee.

Sprout Social is an excellent tool for medium- to large-sized organizations or for individuals managing a large number of accounts. In these scenarios, a centralizing management tool is necessary and Sprout Social meets the needs of most organizations. For a very small business, this type of software would not be necessary, as accounts could instead be easily managed natively.

Sprout is great for people that need a social tool that is robust and easy to use. It checks all the major boxes at a lower price than some of the larger providers on the market, which I have worked with in previous roles.

If you need heavy automation/rule building, it may not be the best tool for you since these capabilities are limited. For most businesses' Sprout's capabilities should suit just fine.

If you're not a fan of boolean-based social listening, Sprout builds off of keyword queries, which will save you time and possibly your sanity. The trade-off is that you may have to do a bit more tweaking without that conditional language. Also, their social listening doesn't cap off at a certain amount of mentions per month for its cost.

The Sprout team is one of the easiest groups of individuals I've had the pleasure of working with during my 7+ years in the social biz. They're always eager to help and produce informative publications that serve their community well.

Sprout Social is a supremely excellent tool for community management. With the Smart Inbox, you never miss a comment or interaction and it's easy to reply and engage in the conversation. With the Advanced plan, you can even have saved replies when you need to provide a standard answer to very common questions. If you have a live event or a post that is really blowing up with comments, the Smart Inbox helps you keep track of it all and respond in a timely manner. I'm trying to think of scenarios where I would respond with, "Oh, you don't want to use Sprout for that." But none are coming to mind as I write this. Perhaps that's because in the last two years I've shaped my workflow so much around what it DOES do, that I simply don't do the things it doesn't do. I'll have to think more on this one.

We have a high volume of automotive clients and Sprout Social specifically allows our vast team of social professionals to collaborate, edit, post, or delete at a fast pace while avoiding the pitfalls of teams working in different silos and not having great visibility to what others are doing. Sprout Social allows teams temporarily stepping in to help out to quickly see what's going on for a specific client and make educated and correct decisions, avoiding any downtime or mistakes of not being familiar with that particular client's account.

Sprout Social is a wonderful platform for companies or agencies looking to manage multiple social media pages and platforms at once. It is fantastic at providing detailed post and page statistics in an easily readable fashion - it makes providing reports to superiors simple! The social listening tool is very convenient for finding spaces where you can join in the conversation. It is best used by an organization where only a few users are in the platform. If you have hundreds of local pages all run by different individuals, it can get incredibly expensive due to the charge per user for the platform.

Sprout is perfectly suited for social media professionals who manage a team and want a support system built into their platform. I've used Sprout as a team of one, and felt completely supported. Their chat function is perfect for getting quick answers to questions that arise. I currently use Sprout as a manager with a team of three people, and it's been wonderful to have internal dialogue with team members, collaborate on responses, and also get an overall view of the team's efficiency.

If you don't have a mindset of learning to develop, Sprout may not be for you. It has a lot of offerings, but if you don't utilize their templates to generate reports or upload assets as "saved responses," then you aren't getting the bang for your buck.

Sprout Social has enabled our team to reimagine how we manage our social media accounts and listen to our audiences. Our ability to organize, schedule, and review our content has taken our accounts to the next level. The user interface is not intuitive initially, but once you spend the time to understand it, it'll become second nature.
