I think Sprout Social overall usability is a positive one and it's been invaluable for our organisation. It provides a good scope of functionality, it's user friendly with a great interface and it's fairly priced. The game-changer for us is it's management of a huge amount of accounts and users, which is performs effortlessly. We've had some publishing issues and the tech support hasn't been perfect, but overall it's a great product for large organisations.

Sprout Social is incredibly easy to set up and use. It's one of the first social media programs I learned to use, and I always find I miss it when I'm forced to use another program for a different client. Sprout Social makes it easy to find all the features you're looking for, and it's been easy for my managers to jump in and analyze the schedule and analytics, too.

Overall I feel like it is a great social content publishing tool. I do feel like it can improve upon its software by offering more integrations with other sister software, like influencer marketing software and offer more integrations with other popular social media platforms like TikTok.

Usability is Sprout's bailiwick. Whoever works on their UX/UI very obviously knows their stuff. Good iconography mixed with a very usable menu system is replete throughout the platform when working on a desktop. One downside: the mobile platform is far less usable, at least on my Android.

It's so easy to use! I've trained multiple people with varying computer comfort levels on how to use it and everyone has been able to do so with ease. The graphs and analytics are easy for all my clients to understand as well.

Sprout Social is extremely user-friendly. The publishing feature is easy to use, and provides previews of what your content will look like once posted. I also love the calendar view where you can view all posts you have scheduled for the month. The collaborative nature of the platform makes working directly in Sprout Social with clients a breeze, and we are seeing our content get approved much faster.

Sprout Social is extremely easy to use. First, it is important to note that the implementation and configuration of Sprout Social was quite easy, it is impressive how little it took to implement this service in our Marketing sector, in addition, the general usability is quite easy, the sections to access the dashboard statistics is easily accessible. It is also very easy to control all our social networks from the main panel, Sprout Social offers us an extremely complete panel where we can make simultaneous and individual publications, and it also allows us to see real-time statistics of the behavior of all our social networks. Sprout Social has been easy for all of my employees to use.

I'm extremely happy with the usability of Sprout Social. I have a few minor frustrations with functionality, but many of these are due to the social media platforms themselves rather than the Sprout Social software. This software does everything that I need it to and more. I would recommend—and indeed have recommended—Sprout Social to anyone who needs to manage multiple social media accounts for an organization.

There is a learning curve to it. And it is so feature-rich that it takes time to find where things are and how to use them. Sometimes there are extra steps that seem to be unnecessary (like I mentioned about posts) or that could be streamlined. That's really the only reason I would say it's an 8. It can take a bit to learn and could use some streamlining. But man, it's still fantastic and the basics are easy to pick up and use right away.

The platform is pretty intuitive for the most part. However, certain exceptions and nuances that exist across social platforms (i.e. posting restrictions on certain sites) give this a slight learning curve and can be frustrating. However, once you get the hang of the platform it's pretty painless and easy to use.
