This is our main option to integrate with one tool all our Social Media profiles of customers who didn't have an option to manage their social media. Many were using native platforms to schedule, publish or control them. That´s why it's very important to have a tool for the content team to deploy best practices.

We have four staff involved in ten company social media accounts and Sprout makes it easy for us to draft, review, and schedule posts all in one place. We love the integrations with other apps we use that make it so easy to do our jobs well. We also love the additional learning opportunities Sprout Social provides at no extra cost. I recommend Sprout to everyone in similar positions at companies of any size. I also especially love all of the reporting features. Over the past year, we've learned more about our audiences and have grown them along with engagement rates exponentially across all of our channels. I'm not aware of any other product that compares to Sprout and don't believe we would be seeing the success we have without using it.

In a previous marketing role, I had the privilege of using Sprout Social. The only reason we don't use it at my new company is that there are not enough accounts I can add without it being too over budget, and we plan to manage over +20 accounts in the future. Our main use cases were for scheduling posts, returning analytics, building reports, and social listening. It was used only in our Marketing department, however, the nice reports were sent out to other departments for review.

The platform gives you a single hub for social media publishing, analytics and engagement across all of your social profiles. Sprout Social takes the guesswork out of scheduling social. The ability to schedule weeks at a time and have them available to clients for review and approval is a godsend! Sprout Social is a tool that saves me a TON of time. Also, their customer service is EXTREMELY responsive, which is always nice.

Social networks present a large percentage of importance in our company and in each of the sectors. Currently, Sprout Social is being used in all areas of our company, however, in the areas where it is most used is in the Marketing, Sales, and Projects sector. Sprout Social is being used in the various sectors of my company because it has provided us with a system where we can have total control of our social networks, we can keep track of the audience that our publications have, the amount of public they capture the publications of various topics on our various social networks. With Sprout Social, we have been able to link our company account on social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This software has meant a lot to us in a positive way, it has helped us to manage all social networks from a single site, we can make all kinds of publications on all social networks of the company simultaneously, in addition, we can know statistically the amount of public that accesses the visualization of our publications. I am very grateful to the great results that Sprout Social has contributed since it arrived in our business environment, things have changed in a positive way and it has allowed us to be more active in our social networks, share more publications with our clients and keep them informed about all our services. For the last two years, Sprout Social has been used mostly by me in my department. I have the Advanced plan. On my recommendation, one other department opened their own account and started using it a year ago with a Professional plan. Sprout Social has helped us put all our social media management in one place. Scheduling, community management and analysis all work together now, across all platforms, from a single dashboard.
