Since we're only in the trial period I'm pretty confident we're going to give it a longer test period. Pending approvals we'll be signing on for at least a year. I could see us increasing the user licenses to start to cover more of the properties and get everyone on one platform.

I would absolutely renew our Sprout Social contract because of it's amazing features and it's simple and easy to use navigation & dashboard. It's a service that I've now recommended to 10 different associates. It is user friendly, easy to use, and one of the best social marketing tools I have come across. Their customer service is also amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sprout Social to any business that wants to efficiently promote their product and/or services.

The pricing is perfect for an agency of our size, it saves us time on posting and reporting and optimizes our whole team. Any other platform would never give us the combination of posting efficiency, reporting abilities, and social listening that we get with SproutSocial.

Regardless, I remain a huge advocate for the service from when I did use it to get my business up and running. We are happy with Sprout and have no desire to change products. We do hope that Sprout is able to provide some of the more advanced features like labeling and sentiment. There are some solutions that are specifically geared for Social Care and are tied into the CRM system.

There is a world of difference between my former and current clients, in terms of branding, vertical, strategy and technical understanding. I would start with Sprout as the first solid testing option for social media management. A package with Pinterest and Instagram - and a mobile app - would take my rating up a few notches.

I've been using Sprout for over 2 years now, in that time experimenting with other scheduling options such as Hootsuite and Tweetdeck. Sprout Social has consistently been the most comprehensive, professional, and beneficial. The ease I have in teaching others on our team how to utilize the software makes my job that much easier!

It all depends on when Facebook opens up language targeting to our region. I do love the Sprout reporting, but there are lots of reporting options out there. Adding Instagram support would go a long way in our decision to continue with Sprout.

The reporting and scheduling is good enough for what we are doing currently. The interface is nicer on the eyes. I used Hootsuite before and that has a lot of the same mechanics but a not as visual interface as Sprout Social (one plus about Hootsuite is being able to set multiple monitoring tabs on one screen, something that is a couple more clicks away on Sprout Social). To me Sprout Social is great if you are trying to cover the basics of social media, but if your company wants to take it even higher, there are other tools out there (that are more costly of course).
