  • There has been an increase in employee efficiency by using this product. We are able to get on and plan quickly and easily. It takes less time than actually going onto the outlet and posting through the real site. This way, we are able to plan weeks, even months, ahead of time and that allows us to spend our time doing other things that are needed.
  • Our clients have been able to see their social media results through SproutSocial Analytics. It's been a great tool to have and the clients really appreciate it. The analytics truly are in-depth and easy to read -- even for those who don't really have a huge grasp on the world of social media.

  • We've for sure had better costumer service with Sprout Social's amazing keyword search tool. We were able to see real time what people were saying about us and then join in on the conversation with answers to questions, suggestions, and tips.
  • We also saw an increase in our posting schedule. With the amazing scheduling tool, we found that the number of posts we posted daily rose significantly. More posting and more conversations. Thanks Sprout Social!

  • My takeaway: If searching for an integrated social media management platform, try Sprout Social first. Depending on your brand variations, budget and requirements, this may be the perfect solution.
  • Sprout Social could increase employee efficiency. Again, you have to sell it to senior management as a viable marketing solution to drive ROI, lead conversion and community.

  • Quickly receive analytics for monthly board reports (saved time). You can customize date ranges and exporting to CSV allows me to input data in a custom report I already have built, but the PDF version in very comprehensive and pretty to look at. It cut my reporting time by 75% since it acquires data from multiple twitter, facebook, website and blog accounts in one report.
  • Allows me to share content on the fly while browsing information online through the browser widget.
  • Great mobile app, so I am always connected. Allows me to quickly respond to requests or posts.

  • Better customer service because it's easy to track brand mentions across platforms, including misspelled variants of brand names. Makes response time much faster.
  • Easy to manage many accounts through a single interface without getting confused or accidentally posting to the wrong account.

  • Sprout does a good job reporting on engagement, which is what we focus on
  • As mentioned before, Sprout's pricing is tough. If Hootsuite would add language targeting to their lower package, we would probably be using them

  • The analytics I do have has enabled me to decide what kind of posts work and what don't as much.
  • Scheduling posts in advance on multiple accounts is great. Set it and forget it.
  • The reporting tools enable me to show my managers my progress in a efficient manner.
