Stackla is a versatile social media aggregation tool that allows users to showcase social media posts on their web platforms, providing a valuable solution for their social media engagement strategy. According to users and reviewers, Stackla proves to be an invaluable tool for integrating user-generated content into social media plans and sharing those posts on websites. This functionality enables businesses to leverage the power of social media to engage with their audience and increase brand visibility. Moreover, Stackla's agile and flexible features, including CSS styling, offer users customization options to create visually appealing event walls on TVs, showcasing their business activities and enhancing brand presence.

In addition to these primary use cases, Stackla also offers several other practical applications. Users have found that Stackla's tags and filters are excellent tools for grouping content together and identifying the most popular types of content to engage with specific target audiences. This capability allows businesses to curate relevant content that resonates with their viewers and encourages them to take desired actions such as creating their own content, signing up for events or newsletters, or making donations.

Furthermore, Stackla has been highly beneficial in accumulating more images for social media channels and sharing inspiring content from bloggers to motivate others. Users have also observed the value in using Stackla as a relational database, although they noted that the interface for managing data could be improved. Nonetheless, the ability to display Stackla widgets on websites adds credibility and inspires visitors by showcasing user-generated content. These widgets are used across various websites to share real visitor-generated inspirational content, ensuring that the content remains fresh and enticing people to choose certain destinations.

Another significant use case of Stackla is its effectiveness in helping social media teams find posts on specific topics. Users have expressed how challenging it can be to locate relevant posts using other social media management tools, but Stackla simplifies the process by providing efficient search capabilities. This feature proves particularly useful for businesses looking to aggregate and display social media at events, as it allows them to create high-quality displays that align with the event's overall quality.

Moreover, Stackla's voting feature on user-generated content has been highly valued by users. This functionality provides an interactive element that engages audiences and encourages them to participate in shaping brand narratives. Users have remarked on how this feature enhances user engagement during campaigns and contributes to an improvement in global reach.

Additionally, businesses aiming to sell products on their sites can benefit from Stackla's shop tagging feature. This functionality enables organizations to tag and display products within social media posts, seamlessly integrating e-commerce opportunities and providing a convenient shopping experience for customers.

Furthermore, Stackla is commonly used by businesses to display social network aggregation widgets on their websites. These widgets allow users to easily post content and aggregate brand social content, creating a dynamic and engaging online presence. The inclusion of user-generated content not only adds credibility but also inspires visitors by showcasing real experiences and interactions with the brand. This strategy helps to build trust and foster a sense of community among customers.

Another notable use case of Stackla is its application in creating event walls for industry trade shows. By utilizing Stackla's features, businesses can curate social media content related to the event and display it on screens or digital displays. This enhances the overall experience for attendees, immersing them in the event atmosphere and driving engagement. The high-quality displays created with Stackla match the professional standards of these trade shows, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.

In summary, Stackla offers a wide range of use cases for businesses seeking to leverage user-generated content and enhance their social media engagement strategies. Users have found value in integrating user-generated content into their social media plans, showcasing posts on websites, and creating visually appealing event walls. Stackla's functionality, such as tags and filters, voting features, and shop tagging options, allow businesses to curate relevant content, increase user engagement, and drive e-commerce opportunities. Additionally, Stackla proves useful in aggregating social media at events and creating dynamic displays that align with the event's quality standards.

My organization used Stackla in the past in a number of ways, primarily by our Marketing department. We displayed a Stackla event wall on four monitors in our office lobby, which employees could post to using a company hashtag or via a GoConnect form on the website. We also aggregated our brand's social content on the company website with Stackla, and occasionally created event walls for industry trade shows we exhibited at.
  • GoConnect feature lets you upload to a feed without using social media.
  • A number of display options including an email embed code, website widgets and event walls.
  • The UI can generally be confusing, and there are roughly four steps with detailed settings that don't feel intuitive to create one widget.
If people are regularly sharing your product favorably across social media, this tool will help you automate, segment and display that social content across websites, emails and events. Products as big as destinations can benefit from Stackla all the way down to merchandise such as clothing. Stackla can not benefit your product if your product is not very visual or if people aren't talking about your product.
  • In some situations, including Stackla event walls in a sponsorship package has increased our bottom line for an event we plan.
  • Stackla saves you quite a bit of time when creating social media albums to display on your website.
Minimal experience with CrowdRiff, but the user interface is generally a little more friendly. Stackla was chosen after a thorough R&D process and the potential to partner with our company and industry.
Support has been a positive experience with quick response times and an extensive knowledgebase and ticketing system.
