From a reporting standpoint, the system is basic. It meets the standard needs of preparing recurring reports provided stakeholders do not want to make any changes or add information. Updates are done regularly and 10 years ago, this system would have been ideal. But relative to other software, this system is past its prime.,Customer service is great. Based on changes, updates, revisions and improvements, we have never had a difficult time communicating with our service reps and getting the help that we need. Many modules are available and depending on the project scope and timeline to implement, you are able to add modules on afterwards.,Compatibility with other systems can sometimes be an issue. If there are existing systems and/or processes in place, SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics is not highly customizable and can be difficult to configure when attempting to build certain configurations. The technology and appearance is a bit outdated. Visually, I've seen other programs that are much more user-friendly looking and easy to use. Visually, the program looks very much as if it was developed by software developers without the end-user in mind.,6,We have been able to use this as a single source of data, which has been helpful. The data is now clean, so the integrity of the information has been increased as a result. Within HR we have KPI's that we need to hit and this system has helped make pulling that data easier. Using real-time data analytics is becoming mandatory in today's market and this system helps pull all our data into one area to help review and make business decisions.,The Dashboard helps provide one location where all your data can be viewed and viewed in chart format. The ability to customize the graphs or charts to better identify your KPI's and to see where you are at a real time. Out of the box, reports are great to help those who are not technologically inclined. Ability to share results and reports confidentially.,The customized reporting tool takes some time to get trained and to run effectively. There is a lot of data that can become "paralysis by analysis" if you do not setup proper documents/training.,7,The quicker turnaround in reporting has allowed us to give our leaders more insight into current trends. Providing different ways to show the data along with more KPI's has helped management make decisions. One negative impact is that training has been a longer process than expected and caused bottlenecks and frustration by management. There are many modules available, so for organizations that do not require large degrees of customization, I can see this being a one-stop shop. The implementation process is smooth, and the vendor offers great customer service.

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics is being used by the HR departments to provide data to our groups and leaders. Within HR we have KPI's that we need to hit and this system has helped make pulling that data easier. Using real-time data analytics is becoming mandatory in today's market and this system helps pull all our data into one area to help review and make business decisions.

  • Out of the box, reports are great to help those who are not technologically inclined.
  • Ability to share results and reports confidentially.
  • The customized reporting tool takes some time to get trained and to run effectively.
  • There is a lot of data that can become "paralysis by analysis" if you do not setup proper documents/training.
The use of SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics for our company has been a huge upgrade from the previous HRIS that was used. The ability to customize reports for whatever your need might be is so instrumental in our business. The analytics dashboard is a work in progress as so much goes on behind the scenes to get that up and running but will be a wonderful tool to give snapshots of what is currently happening.
